Bruce, the pick up driver, is a lovely guy who is a credit to big wants your car, helpful polite and very friendly. Big car are an excellent company who offered a very fair price and made the whole procedure extremely easy. Easy and As Promised. The overall process, from start to finish, was easy. I did their online assessment and got a reasonable quote. It was followed up by a phone call and some clarificatoin questions. The quote was adjusted down a bit, but still reasonable. A couple of calls later and we were booked in for a visit from Steve Janman. Very easy, but very complete review of the car. A few minor things found unexpededly, but no change in the price. Buying process and DVLA process was easy and Steve walked us through it. Funds were transfered within minutes. I would sell to BigWantsYourCar in the future (Big Motoring World).
