The whole process was easy and fast. Contacted them for a price 2 weeks ago which was £1000 more than we buy any car. Dealt with Mia on the sales team, who was super helpful and even managed to get me a few £££ more after showing the minimal damage to my vehicle. Completed the docs, and they booked the collection within a couple of days. Simon came to collect my car today and was paid exactly what I was quoted. Money was in my account before he took the vehicle away, and they completed the V5C form for me. I would 100% use this company again! We were initially disappointed at the price offered for our car but the efficiency of the transaction and the helpfulness of the Big Motoring World team made up for it. From the initial contact to receiving the payment all the staff were very helpful and the communication spot on. The car was collected within a couple of days and the payment was received within minutes. The driver, Sean was polite, friendly and very professional. I would defiantly recommend this company.

Car was as described and the dealer still wanted £200 off the agreed price on the day due to a small amount of condensation which is stated on the Tesla car website as normal and expected on all model 3 cars before 2024. Just another excuse for the dealer to try and make more money! It’s shocking as it’s a known issue with all Tesla brake lights and even if replaced with new brake lights they will still have a condensation in. Definitely won’t be using BigWantsYourCar again!
