United Kingdom | 07 February 2025Hypervolt passed my order to an installer in Peterbrough called smart home charge. The service from them has been terrible 1. They have a very rudimentary way to do a virtual site survey which prevents any modern phones from uploading videos 2. They can't provide an installation date because thier engineer is on annual leave until Feb 18th 3. Tried contacting via phone at 1300 hrs on a Thursday and response is there support desk is closed as they operate only Monday to Friday between 9 to 6 pm what a joke.. Zero stars to hypervolt and thier installer

United Kingdom | 07 February 2025WhatsApp connection hasn't worked for several weeks now, yet the website still suggests the same number. Since Christmas charger or rather charging has been connecting and disconnecting constantly. When I have been able to speak to hypervolt, they blame Scottish Power as the electricity provider and SP blame the charger manufacturer. Used to be good, used to be easy to communicate with them, I wouldn't buy again and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone

From the start of my initial phonecall, the process was explained very clearly and a pre-arranged installation date was arranged. Michael the engineer arrived at my house and his installation was neat, tidy and he cleaned up and disposed of the waste Michael took the time to explain how to download and use the easy App so i could begin to recharge my vehicle. Hypervolt was recommended by Octopus Energy (my utility provider) as one of 3No chargers to consider using, and with my Intelligent Octopus Go tarriff, it means that its only costing me £0.07pence oer kw hour to charge my car which is almost a 25% reduction / saving to what i would normally pay The Hypervolt Home 3 Pro charger is quite simply a great piece of equipment to use and coupled with my reduced Octopus energy tarrif it really meets my requirements
