I was going away and the night before my unit stopped working. Contacted Hypervolt who were very responsive In trying to rectify the problem over the system with both software updates and running through restarting, but all failed so I agreed to leave it, and sort once I returned. Upon returning I contacted the support team who arranged for an engineer to call. Arranged a time and it was sorted the same morning.. The team were excellent in sorting out the issues, which I was very pleased about.

It’s a refreshing change to find someone actually doing customer service to this level. My charger broke and they replaced it and sent an engineer to install it. I rang them when it stopped working and they answered in seconds and the following day they had installed a patch on the charger to see if it would make it work as it happened it didn’t and they replaced the unit. You can’t ask for more.

Had a problem charging my car and you analysed the fault and quickly called me back with a simple solution. The fault was in fact self induced and not a problem with your excellent charger

Great customer service. Like any tech and app there are a few (rare) issues but customer service is easy to contact, very helpful and responsive in fixing. I particularly like that if it’s not instant they keep you updated regularly.

The customer service I have received from Hypervolt has been outstanding. Calls are answered promptly by someone who is friendly and almost always able to deal with the problem immediately. If futher support is needed, that is given promptly.

I recently had a Hypervolt EV charger installed, and the experience from the initial quotation through to the installation was exceptional. The customer support was fantastic, always prompt and helpful in replying to my queries and ensuring that everything went smoothly. A special mention goes to Richard from Norvolt Solutions, who was instrumental in making the process seamless. He accommodated all of my requests, even when I changed my order three times to suit my needs. Richard was always quick to respond to my emails and ensured that I received a single, accurate quote that included everything I needed, from the charger to the installation. The installers arrived on time and did an excellent job. They positioned the EV charger exactly where I wanted it and took the time to walk me through the app and the installation process. I now have a clear understanding of how everything works, which is very reassuring. The installation itself was quick, taking just about an hour. I am extremely pleased with the Hypervolt customer service and the charger itself. It looks fantastic, the app is user-friendly, and I’m excited to show it off! Thanks, Hypervolt, for a great experience.

My Hypervolt 3.0 was brilliant until about the 3rd August. The support is woeful. I’ve had no ability to fast charge my car now for nearly two weeks. The WhatsApp support is slow to respond, the email channel is slow to respond. Considering how much you spend on their products they need to improve their support. I’ve been speaking to their support for over a week on and off (with challenges) and still haven’t had an engineer visit despite their proposals. I’d recommend you look elsewhere as I wait to hear back and try and get it fixed. *Edited. The original install was wrong. Their installer is now being requested to return to correct the issue.

Temi was wow, extremely patient with me in resolving setting up our v3 Pro. With such software issues I usually feel panic ascending, but not so today - Temi was so patient, and she got me safely to it all working fine. Thank you so so much. The Hypervolt support team are amazing.

Had this charger for a couple of years now, changed wifi supplier and had trouble connecting to wifi. Support guided me through it and we were connected in a few minutes.
