United Kingdom | 25 May 2024Had a Hypervolt Home 3 Pro with a 10m cable installed a few weeks ago and I'm very impressed so far. The contractor (Elecology) did a really great job and were in and out within 2 hours. Also surge protection is apparently installed by default so this was a pleasant surprise. The device looks and works really well! I like that I can lock it when we're on holiday.

United Kingdom | 23 May 2024The charger looks great, is easy to use, and the option of a 10m tethered cable is a game changer for us. Even though the cable is 10m, it wraps around the unit neatly and is easy to handle. The communication from Stefano at Hypervolt has been first class and it is very reassuring that the unit has good customer service to back it up. The installers (ImpraCharge) were brilliant and their installer Sam was not at all phased by our thick stone walls and did a very tidy job.

The installers feedback would be, please make the intenal adjustable dial slightly bigger and clearer. Get the 10m version and save your paint work.

United Kingdom | 21 May 2024Omg!!!! What can I say, I’m speechless!!! I purchased the Hyper Volt Pro 3 a few weeks ago, the ev charger and the app work amazingly together. Before we made the purchase, as most people do, we looked at reviews. Some were good, some were ok. We went ahead and purchased the Hyper Volt Pro 3. Everything was perfect until today when we decided to change our wifi router. I was so stuck and for love nor money could I change the WiFi settings to connect to our new hub. I went on the Hyper Volt app where I saw a support button. I clicked for support and thought nothing more of it. Oh how wrong was I, I was put into a queue on Whas app. I honestly thought, here we go it’s 19:30 surly no one will get back to me. I was sooo wrong and pleasantly surprised, an agent called Adam started to text me and asked me how he could help, yes please!!. I was surprised how supportive, attentive and really quick responses were from Adam. Adam sent me two option via text to go through, each option had step by step instructions which worked for me and I was able to connect my Hyper Volt Pro 3 to my new WiFi hub. What an incredible service I received, I’m honestly shocked WOW WOW WOW!!!! I would alway recommend Hyper Volt Pro 3 to anyone, not only is the product slick, very well made and works seamlessly with the app but the cherry on top is the service and after care, it’s just awesome!. Thanks a million Adam for your support tonight. Adam, you’re a true asset to Hyper Volt. Other companies should really take a leaf out of the Hyper Volt book as this brand is exceptional and leading the way for ev chargers💪💪

Currently on a beta programme for Ovo Charge Anytime direct integration as a lot of vehicles aren't eligible so working through the charger is great. So far, working really well and picking up the true charge put into the car (and therefore savings from Charge Anytime) far more effectively than my vehicle did.

Had an online chat establishing it was not readily resolvable so the advisor raised a ticket. Sebastian called me the next day and as soon as I was available he steered me through the process of reconnecting the charger to my device. The level of customer service was excellent and was very satisfied with all communications resulting in a positive outcome.

The reason I chose Hypervolt in the first place was the feedback, support and reviews in resolving issues quickly, my experience was the same as others, excellent.
