Sweden | 09 May 2024Well the first thing i did was ask around with some Electrician friends and they all gave the thumbs up to the Hypervolt so i got in touch and they were extremely helpful - at least there was somebody to talk to rather than the others out there who just expected me to fill out a form and enter my card details. They recommended a local installer who was also top notch and came out very quickly to install the unit which looks very cool. Would definitely recommend - no reason to make any follow up as yet as its a new install but the fact they took the time to call and check everything went well says a lot in my opinion.

Today I dealt with Adam who sorted out my questions and queries really patiently and helped me understand several things. A lot of this is new to me (an old man) and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hypervolt as a charger and as a company who provides excellent customer service!!

United Kingdom | 07 May 2024Pro 3 stopped talkiing via Ethernet. Chsrger was still doing its thing, minus sheduling. After some phone diagnostics, they contacted my installer and sent out a new network card. All shipshape with only minor frustration.

United Kingdom | 06 May 2024Avoid at all costs. Hypervolt stopped working completely after just a few months. Relying on 3 pin plug now. Hypervolt won’t even come out for 3 weeks. Car needed for urgent work in NHS.

Also offered a blue light card discount. (Which I forgot to add on previously) got contacted by the installer and waiting on the date. Really great service. Thank you

United Kingdom | 28 April 2024From initial enquiry to having my new charger installed was only 8 days, great service from Hypervolt and the installer Revolution EV. I was keen to hide the cables as much as possible and after chatting to the installer (Keith) I received a revised quote which was very reasonable considering the extra materials and labour involved. I think (when Octopus integration happens) it’ll be the best charger on the market for the price. Highly recommend.

United Kingdom | 26 April 2024In my job we always say a company will promise you the earth to get you to buy, but what are they like when it goes wrong? That is the real test of how good a company is, or not. In July 2002 purchased a Hypervolt home charger, installed by an approved installer, and took the extra warranty so I was covered for 5 years. Normally I don't purchase these, but with 2 EV's a working charger is critical. Life was good and the charger did exactly what I needed it to do often delivering around a 1000kWh of power a month in all weathers. Mid April 2024, without warning, it stopped working as expected and delivered only a fifth of the expected power to charge the EV's. Big issue as now having to use expensive public chargers! Got in touch with Hypervolt, and they tried to remotely access the charger with no success. Then they invoked the terms of the warranty, and 5 working days later I'm back up and charging! Brilliant customer service.

United Kingdom | 24 April 2024Had a great installer through Hypervolt (OMP Electrical) had have now been using the charger every day and we absolutely love it. Great app for our uses. The charger hides the cable conveniently and makes everything look tidy and so easy instead of having to get the charger from the boot all the time.

United Kingdom | 23 April 2024Hypervault issue, went offline. Conducted all the troubleshooting tests.. network and services all passed and it said issue with hypervault. Contacted the technical support line… to receive auto message it’s only open till 8pm! Hope if anyone has an issue that it only goes wrong in office hours. We live rural and no public transport, so no alternative options to get to work in the morning! Update Have since had communication with Hypervolt and explained I was in the ‘text technical support’ queue for support from 19:24 so in theory should have received more than ‘one of our agents will be with you’ for 36mins! I suggested that they update the comms to say how long the queue is, that you can request a call back/or actually you should ring. And to update the Troubleshoot FAQs to suggest the circuit breaker switch off and on. They were very courteous and grateful of the feedback and keen to help me resolve my issue, which is excellent, but doesn’t change the service stops at 8pm.

United Kingdom | 22 April 2024Had mine fitted by EV-PV. About a year ago. Got a new EV (different brand) and had an issue on the Friday (something broke and the device wouldn't power/connect). Spoke to Thier call centre via WhatsApp over the weekend then I rang the installer also after raising the ticket. When I rang Gary we just popped over and fixed It same day free of charge. No nonsense excellent service and charger now works and had worked as it should thought untill this fixed blip last Friday. 10/10

United Kingdom | 19 April 2024Had a new Wifi Router installed and could not connect to my phone app for my Hypervolt Charger. The message was that the Charger was 'Unavailable for Adoption' by me although I have had it for nearly 2 years! After an exchange of What'sApp messages, one phone call and an email, I am now sorted out. The screens on my iPhone are a bit different, but I'm back up and running (charging). The signal from the new router is a bit weak, but OK with an 'extender' near the unit. Thanks Customer Support.
