Very happy with the charger. Had a couple of teething problem with the Wifi but the customer service is top notch and, when it couldn't be fixed through contact with a customer service agent, they organised the installer to come back and solve the problem within a few days. Great follow-up afterwards to ensure the issue was fixed and that I was happy. The charger itself looks slick and is much tidier than a lot of the ones I have seen. Happy with purchase and very happy with the customer service provided.

I would like to say that every time I have a very specific problem, Hypervolt has always been able able to solve it. Robert Robinson in particular has always been extremely helpful with any issue I have had, technical or not and without fail, has always provided me with a solution. A great piece of kit with great help.

I had my charger installed this week, and really happy with Hypervolt. It does what it says on the tin i.e. charges my car and schedules it at off peak rates and as I need to. And it looks smart! App is easy to use, had a small glitch initially during testing immediately after the install but quickly fixed by flicking the Amperage setting down and back to 32A by the installer. Yet to find other issues. My install was relatively straight forward, and charger was installed by Elecology. Really happy with the electricians. They were professional, friendly and paid good attention to detail.

The Hypervolt chargers are sturdy and robust. The Hypervolt app is very good and packs numerous features such as scheduling your charge at certain times, provides a cost of your last charge and last few charges if you enter the cost per kWh. You can even configure your LEDs brightness and moods.

Super helpful and they keep case notes so you don’t have to explain everything 3 times.

I had my EV charger installed this week & really happy so far. The points of contact at Hypervolt are excellent 5*, whattsapp, email etc all really good, quick to respond & more than able to answer queries. A really good young company & team going places if they keep this up. One request which I know your working on, please make OVO 'charge anytime' work then it will be just epic.Well done!

My Hypervolt 3.0 was working like a dream until I upgraded my broadband and had to re-assign and link it all and I lost all connectivity. Ayan helped me through the reboot process in full including where to get the serial numbers and adoption tokens from. So rest assured if this happens to you, contact support and they will get you up and running again without panicking that you can't charge your car anytime soon like I was!

As an installer of EV Chargers, I recommend Hypervolt to customers. I have installed hundreds of chargers, and I've not been called back once to a Hypervolt installation, its an easy App for the customer, which has improved from its humble beginnings. I think Hypervolt has a good build quality and is a decent charger for the price

Hypervolt was on a list of EV chargers I was considering, but with regular helpful advice from Hypervolt and a great chat with the installer gave me the confidence to choose the Hypervolt 3 pro. Great Service by Nidhi Salgude (Sales Operations Executive). Being new to the evolution of EV, Nidhi was able offer me reassurance to some questions that I had about the whole process. I particularly liked the regular check-in calls regarding my installation, plus being able to apply discounts like Blue Light to reduce the cost. The engineer Mark from Seddon Electrical Services Ilkley, Leeds was outstanding he fully explained the pros and cons to the installation and he was extremely respectful of our home. I had the charger installed back in September on the back of a recommendation. It suddenly stopped working on Tuesday this week. I spoke to Hypervolt on Wednesday and this afternoon (Friday of the same week) it’s been fixed by the installer. Simple. Efficient. Great service.
