The support staff at Hypervolt are very proactive if you have any issue with your charger.We have recently upgraded our charger to the latest version ( 3.0 ) and all has gone smoothly.Thank you for your help and assistance. Alastair

My Hypervolt charger was installed on a dedicated power supply in 2022. In May 2023 it failed and the circuit breaker wouldn’t reset. It has apparently been subject to a power surge from a lightning strike. The original installer had difficulty in rectifying the situation until they contacted Hypervolt who provided a replacement unit at no cost to me. Since then it has performed as planned and interacts with my car seamlessly. I have received follow-up calls to check that I am happy and that the unit is working properly. Good customer service !

Excellent process from start to finish. Installation couldn’t have been more efficient with instructions given on how to operate etc. I would highly recommend.

Loving the charger, after watching so many installation videos and how to use the app it’s an all rounder. Loved the idea that it had a 10m cable as my parking is off road but a little way from our house so that really helped. Also love the led colours you can choose from. Love it.

Great service rapidly replacing the type 2 plug wall holder which had badly faded. The charger itself, now a year old, has been faultless.

Had to unadopt my charger as it was linked to my old iPhone account with hidden email, via WhatsApp Ayan was superb , in around 20 mins we had unadopted the charger , created my new account, adopted the charger , updated the firmware , and Ayan stayed in touch untill the charger was charging the car , superb customer service 10/10 , genuinely blown away by Hypervolt customer service, thanks Ayan .

Simple and straightforward software with intuitive interface. Minor problem with initial adoption of the charger fixed very quickly by extremely helpful staff. Definitely made the right decision in choosing the Hypervolt EV charger.

After a small settings problem following installation, the Hypervolt guys sorted the issue through their appointed installer the very next day. Really can't fault that! Excellent bit of kit, all working perfect and a happy customer so far.

Excellent response time from initial inquiry to installation, quicker than any other company I approached. Wifi connectivity a little weak so I moved our router, no problems since then. Recommended Installer excellent, quick, clean and tidy. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I contacted Hypervolt to get a quote to install its charger. Everything was nice and easy. In less than 2 weeks I had the equipment up and running. The company Hypervolt recommended me for the installation did a really nice and a clean job. Hypervolt EV charger is a great product. Great customer service too.

After lots of research Hypervolt was one of the most recommended EV chargers and I can see why! Easy installation, app so easy to navigate and very informative and it looks great on the house, especially at night!! Fantastic piece of kit.

Installation process was very easy and smooth, far more so than another major charger that we had previously gone with and then cancelled due to then process taking so long. Happy with the charger. One possible Improvement would be the strength of the WiFi receiver. Our car is in a front drive way and the connection is a bit patchy.

ABSOLUTELY NO CONNECTIVITY TO ENERGY SUPPLIERS! However good the unit is if it cannot connect to any of the electricity suppliers like Octopus, OVO, EON, British Gas etc then it is useless. The whole point of an EV charger is the dynamic connectivity to the energy providers so the customers benefit from the BEST tarrifs available. Your paying more money just to have some lights at the front - NOT WORTH IT IN THE LONG RUN. Hypervolt YOU NEED TO ACTION THIS URGENTLY Reply from HYPERVOLT is that "we are working on it" but no firm dates for OVO or Octopus and like other reviews have stated they have been waiting for Octopus integration for several years now. No committed timelines!
