Great prices/replacement policy. Pricing for glasses and prescription sunglasses are a fraction of the cost at retail. Had an issue with my prescription sunglasses contacted support and they replaced them for free, they were very easy to work with and very fast with my new glasses.

Just received the glasses and they are perfect! Your website streamlines the process so much and made it so easy and painless to order. You've given me back my confidence to drive and get out of the house with these new glasses, so thank you very much!

I order a pair of glasses from Kits for the first time after hearing many good things from other customers. My glasses arrived very quickly and were perfect! I was very happy! A couple weeks later...my new foster Puppy grabbed my glasses (my fault, I had put them down on a low end table 🤦🏻‍♀️). She then jumped up on the couch before I could grab them. Unfortunately, those sharp puppy teeth already did the damage! I decided I'd email Kits just to see if there was a way the damage could be fixed...buffed out maybe..I dunno...I was just hoping lol. They emailed me back asking if I could send a pic and they'd see if anything could be done. I sent them a pic and they immediately just placed an order for a free replacement pair!!! I couldn't believe it! Totally above and beyond!! I'll be a customer for life!

This was my 2nd time ordering from kits because my prescription changed and my glasses from my first order was getting old from everyday wear. It did hold up pretty good but it was time for a new pair. When ordering there was glitch with the website that made it accidentally order the wrong colour (which I did notice before I confirmed the order but I thought it would still send me the colour I wanted) so when the order arrived and I noticed it was not the colour I wanted I called them and got through to a real person pretty quickly. James was very helpful and he ended up sending me the right pair of glasses but he told me I didn't need to send back the wrong pair and I could keep it as a backup. So I basically got a free pair of glasses. So I'm very happy with Kits so far and will definitely use again in the future!

Amazing company and I love everything they stand for. I still remember finding the perfect pair of glasses a few years ago at a big retailer and they quoted me for over $500! When I looked on Kits, they had the exact same pair and it was more than 60% cheaper (prescription lenses included). Also, I just recently bought 2 pairs of glasses and was having trouble with one of them and the customer service rep helped efficiently and effectively with no hassle. I made my first order from KITS and I was deeply saddened when I received my pair of prescription glasses because they were too big and fell off my face no matter how much I tried to bend the legs to fit better. I reached out to KITS and asked if there is anything they could do. They gave me the option to donate my glasses and that they would replace my pair with a smaller frame. I am now awaiting my new frames and I couldn’t be more excited that they will be a perfect fit. I have never had a smoother customer service experience. Thank you KITS

Massive respect to the Kits team and Tony in customer service for helping me out. I went to make an exchange on 2 pairs, fully expecting to ship the others back at my own expense. Not only did they not charge for the replacement, they shipped out the replacement frames same day and told me to keep the original 2 pairs or donate them locally. This is my 3rd and 4th pair with them and certainly not my last. They have wonderful communication and setting expectations for shipping timelines (which are quite quick considering it's BC to ON), their customer service was top-notch and their actual frames are very solid!

****REVISED REVIEW****Excellent customer service and the glasses arrived quickly and fit great! Ok so things changed. My lens was a bit loose on my right side and I let customer service know. They promptly said they would send me a new pair. I was so wowed. I got a phone call saying that the new pair didn't pass standards and the shipping would be delayed. It wasn't delayed much and they arrived today. I put them on and new right away they were not right. The vision was different than the original pair I'm still wearing. As well they were heavier. I thought I was imagining a weight difference but we put them on a food scale and they are a full 2 grams heavier than my first pair. They are also shaped differently. The 1st pair I could put on and wear right away. These ones the arms are straighter and farther from the frame so if I put them on and shook my head they would fall off. I was so wowed and now I'm feeling not so great about my purchase.

Easy to order. Offers PD measurement. Had to contact customer service using messaging and phone and had a smooth outcome.

Wow. This is a truly amazing company. I've tried all the online glasses companies to get cheaper pairs and kits is easily my favourite. While I like a couple others as well (Cl. and Ze.), they don't come close in customer service, expedience of delivery (I'm in Victoria for reference), and pricing too. Easily the best customer service I have had at any company in 15 years.

Dennis was parient and very kind when he expained how to read my prescription (which was so helpful as I had ordered glasses and input the presription incorrectly so my beautiful glasses did not work for me!!
