Love my glasses and the price is amazing :)

Glasses are a necessary accessory for me, so I always have a few pairs on hand to choose from. I've purchased glasses online from other companies (*cough EBD *cough*) and have been disappointed with their quality, price point, and customer service. Enter KITS. I've been purchasing them for a few years — online ordering is easy, the frames are indestructible, and they are budget friendly. The customer service I received today validated why I'm a KITS lifer — Francis is the GOAT. Thanks, KITS, for always going above and beyond!

Ordering online can be stressful because you don’t know how it’s going to go or what you’re going to get. I got my glasses, loved the frames but prescription wasn’t quite right. Robert helped me get my new pupillary distance right, and was very patient with me throughout the whole customer care phone call. Great quality glasses and very prompt deliver. Very impressed and will be recommending to friends and family!

James was very helpful in resolving an issue with my recent order for progressive lenses. He was clear in his instructions for me to take measurements. He is expediting replacement glasses for me as I am traveling soon. Great service.

I inputed the wrong prescription numbers and as a result, the glasses were not wearable. The person I dealt with was excellent and issued new glasses at no cost which I wasn't expecting. I think I was most impressed with this person's knowledge of prescription details, and asked a number of questions to ensure that the glasses would be correct the second time around. Customer service skills and knowledge about how things work is a real rarity. I'm wondering from a back end process whether there should be a stronger recommendation to provide the prescription via upload, which would negate input error from dummy customers like myself.

Ordering online can be stressful. Kits makes it very stress free. Tryon tools helpful. Customer service if the glasses are not quite right they are so helpful and the process is incredibly fast and efficient. Great experience.

Ordering was easier than ever The software that scanned my face and gave me measurements helped me pick frames that were perfect! The 1.50 lenses are far more transparent that I expected. Economical and no longer where my eye focuses (1.67 lenses had me focusing on the lens and also blurring my vision).

I recently had a foot operation that left me temporarily handicapped. That led me to have a spectacular fall and i badly scratched the right lens of my beautiful glasses. I contacted Kits to purchase a replacement lens. Customer service sent me an email stating that they do not replace parts. They are sending me a complete replacement pair! Wow I am so grateful. Called customer service and spoke with Francis frames were perfect but prescription was wrong my mistake when entering it but Francis replaced my glasses even with it being my mistake. Great company and great customer service. Thank you Francis. Will be a returning customer

I have been ordering glasses from them since 2021 and I keep going back to them. Price are very inexpensive but their in house branded frames are very high quality. Return policy is very easy/quick. Customer service is very helpful aswell. Very short wait times.

I bought my first pair of glasses from KITS earlier. When they arrived, I really loved the frames, but the prescription itself is not sitting in the right spot on the eyeglass itself. I called customer service, and spoke with Justin was extremely helpful. He spent some time on the phone with me how to select an appropriate pair of frames based on my preferences. Dad walked me through the various options available, I received my eyeglasses three days later, at no extra charge!
