Excellent customer service! I called because it’s my 1st time ordering online and I wasn’t sure how to read my prescription I only uploaded it. The representative made sure to update for me accurately and even sent me an itemized statement for future reference on how to input for future orders.

Really good Customer Service. I had an issue with the lenses in my glasses getting scratched quickly. Love the frames so I asked about new lenses. They sent a new pair immediately to correct the problem with the coating/scratching. Easy and Quick to chat to a service rep.

It’s not just this interaction, every single interaction I’ve had with kits staff and website has been nothing short of incredible. The staff are friendly, informative and willing to listen as well as help. The first call I made I had the pleasure of chatting with Chris, whom I told I have taken a turn on my thoughts of the glasses market and crazy price gauging of certain shops in Ontario. I let him know that even though the company I work for has over $600 coverage toward glasses, I don’t want to support paying these crazy prices for glasses, prior to shipping with kits, my last pair of YSL glasses were just shy of $900. It seems absolutely insane to me to be paying these prices whether it comes out of my pocket or not. I am so pleasantly surprised with how fantastic my glasses I’ve ordered have been and the compliments I have been getting have been so fun to receive. I have already started telling my friends and family about kits, and they are excited to try them as well! Today I spoke with Clark (18409041) who was absolutely lovely as well, he was understanding and listened to all of my concerns and came up with an immediate solution to ensure any problems were solved with the utmost care. Fantastic Customer Service on the Chat. I ordered a pair of glasses that ended up being too big for my face. I asked to return them. They told me to keep them or donate them. They put in the order for another pair that I was looking at at no extra charge. I highly recommend Kits.com. Especially for their great customer service.

Excellent customer service. Shipped incredibly fast- I received my glasses and they were much too big for my face - customer service told me to keep them anyhow and let me pick a new pair at no extra cost. Haven’t had an experience this good in recent memory. The prices are also amazingly good. Highly recommend this company.

The client service at Kits is amazing! I had a terrible experience with the courier Ravenforce regarding the delivery of my glasses (they sent me a text message giving me 3 minutes to come out and just left without delivering my glasses to me, then declined my calls). I called Kits’ customer support right away and they were able to troubleshoot and solve my problem. The rep Francis was professional, courteous and helpful - he turned this horrible delivery experience around. I’m very appreciative and would recommend Kits for the products and the customer service!

I need to share my spectacular experience with Kits. I am a retired 60 year old that requires bifocal glasses every day. Since I have no insurance coverage, I always dread the cost to upgrade my glasses but recognize the importance of having crisp clear vision. At the end of April this year my prescription had changed so I decided to go with Kits. Every step of the entire encounter was exceptional. Their website Kits.ca is very friendly and informative. When I called to ensure I completed my order correctly a helpful REAL person answered the phone and assisted me. When my glasses arrived in less than a week (at well under ⅓ of the cost I have been paying from my Optometrist) I was thrilled. The enhanced progressive bifocals exceeded my expections. I was so happy I immediatly ordered another pair exactly the same but this time polarized for sunny days outside... they arrived in 4 days! Recently I noticed my prescription had changed again, when I called, another live person answered the phone, this time it was Chris. As usual, he was extremely helpful, and told me to get my updated prescription and call back and ask for him specifically so I would not have to start all over again. I did this today and Chris took care of me with a level of care and professionalism I simply do not experience anywhere else. Not only did Chris replace both pairs of glasses, he did this at NO COST to me!!! I was blown away with this fabulous level of Customer Service. People like Chris, and Kits have changed my entire expection on purchasing new eyewhere.
