United States | 11 September 2024I made a mistake in my initial order and contacted customer service before the package was sent out. They revised it and sent both pairs by accident or whatever, and neither ended up fitting me (though the quality is good -- better fit and finish than Zenni). Contacted them again and they -- Francis, specifically -- were super nice and quick to respond. Just waiting for the refund to go through, but I'd definitely order from them again.

Canada | 10 September 2024Third time ordering from Kits and the customer service did not disappoint! I've ordered from them twice in the past. Ones with four a pair of glasses and the other was for contact lenses. Both were fantastic, fast arrival and great quality and condition. My third order with them is for my second pair of glasses and they arrived thicker than my first pair (same prescription and premium lenses setting). Customer service helped resolved this issue in under 3 minutes. Just wow!

I did have a moment when my current pairs lenses popped out and wouldn't go back in and they sent out a new pair no questions asked other than a pic of proof. if your looking to spend a small amount on a bunch of frames instead of spending hundreds on one pair, KITS is def the place to go to.

I’ve dealt with three orders since the beginning of August, 2024 (for myself and two children), and so far I must say Kits has provided the best customer service I’ve probably ever experienced, truly. I can’t express how satisfying it is to deal with a human when I call customer service. Ordering on line was pretty straight forward, even for a guy like me, but the true beauty was realized when I called to inquire about: 1. My specs that I believe have a manufacturing flaw; 2. Multiple glasses that didn’t meet our style and fit satisfaction. I was treated respectfully with no questions asked on all accounts. Specifically, today I was on the call with Chris (Washington State) for quite some time. He presented in a way that demonstrated genuine customer care, engagement, and pride for the service he was delivering. Overall, I can’t say enough good things about my experience thus far. The only reason I didn’t give a 5-star rating is because I haven’t had time to experience long-term product quality - time will tell. 5-star customer service rating though!

Called the Customer line and spoke to Clark who was able to immediately acknowledged the issue and sent out a replacement upgraded pair. Outstanding customer service.

I ordered a prescription glasses and it went straight to my door in 2days!! Can you imagine? If its from an optical shop it would take weeks or even months!! Customer service was great too! Canada | 04 September 2024I was excited to find Kits.ca. The prices and selection are great. I purchased a pair in November. Delivery was quick. The product felt solid, however 9 months later one of the hinges broke internally. As I was told by two local glasses stores I would have to replace the entire arm because the hinge had failed. I have worn glasses for over 35 years and I have screws come loose, but I have never had an arm become completely useless, especially considering how well I have always cared for my glasses. I really wish the quality would have been better and I won't have another $250 to spend through my insurance for another 2 years. Kind of a bummer. UPDATE: Kits reached out to me less than 24 hours after I made this post. They provided excellent customer service and a satisfactory resolution. All in all I would say, especially if you are on a budget, its worth giving Kits a shot.
