Purchased a pair of loose diamonds which they will set as stud earrings. All including appraisal and GIA report. Felt really comfortable with the purchase and especially the awesome help from Amanda. After searching many online retailers as well as the local ones I found a very nice diamond that fit my budget and was able to match a custom setting to it that looks fantastic at Ritani. I spoke with one of their representatives and she helped me put together just what I wanted. While all that is good the real kicker was I could view the ring at a local jeweler before purchasing it. they would ship it to their local representatives. The fact I could deal with a living human and a local company made the choice simple. I picked it up the other day and it was exactly what I imagined. And if she doesn't like it I have 30 days to return or exchange it. Can't beat that. Would definitely shop here again.

I like Ritani but I had a problem where I was sent a coupon twice that had already expired. And even if it was not expired it would not have applied to the product I had in my cart. It was sent to me to get me to try and finish the purchase of the item in my cart so why send me a coupon I can’t use?
