I was extremely pleased with the diamond. I was a little disappointed that expedited, overnight shipping meant receiving it a week later but it was around the holidays so maybe at other times it arrives sooner. That’s the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5. I would definitely order from Ritani again!!!! Being able to talk to a gemologist really helps give you confidence in your selection. Also, the staff is readily available to answer your questions. In making a big purchase, it makes you more confident when you can reach them at any time.

The diamond looks like its "floating". The color looks better in person. I had a 0.23ct diamond, a larger carat weight would look really good on this ring.

This was all due to my specialist, named Tamara, who worked closely with me to hand select each of the 5 diamonds for my 2 carat (tw) 35th anniversary ring. Tamara taught me that I could choose whiter stones (they are D (!!!) color but have a slightly higher inclusion that is not perceivable at all. The result is nothing less that stunning! Buying my fiance's engagement ring from Ritani may have been the best customer service experience I have ever received. I reached out for a custom design and heard back very quickly. Silvia was amazing to work with in gathering what I wanted and getting the design put together. As soon as I saw the rendering I knew that I was getting this ring. The financing was painless, and Ritani worked with me to get the process started in time to have the ring before Christmas. And when FedEx screwed up in my delivery, Tiana was on top of making sure I had my ring. It was nearly midnight her time and she was on the phone with me and FedEx working to ensure I had the ring. I am extremely grateful for everyone I worked with at Ritani. Oh and the ring is GORGEOUS. It came out beautifully. It is better than I expected. It is absolutely a high quality product. Easy transaction. Shopped online and was a little tentative about that, but the ability to preview at a local jeweler before buying eased that considerably. Lots of information on the stones and settings to help the decision process. Overall, could not find any issue with my experience.

I purchased a setting and a diamond — the charge went through my bank account — only for them to tell me in an email eight hours later that that particular stone is no longer available and oh, “here’s one that is similar.” It’s not. It took us three weeks to find that diamond. Unacceptable, Ritani. Borderline fraudulent, deceptive business practices. And even worse, I just checked and the diamond is still on its website as available, waiting for the next sucker.
