I shopped for a loose diamond. The selection and shopping experience made finding a stone that fit my budget relatively easy. I wish all the stones had real images before listing, but they were very helpful with imaging requests. What sealed the deal for me was that I could have the diamond delivered to a local jeweller to see it in person before making any commitment. I searched long and hard and no other retailer had diamonds so reasonably priced. I was especially impressed by that considering the efforts they make to be ethical throughout the process and to ensure the communities where these diamonds are sourced prosper from the effort as well.

The good folks (especially Armita) at Ritani go over and above the normal to make sure your experience is great. I had shipping troubles and the stayed on top of it until delivery. The Rings itself was beyond expectations once here - the online photo did not come close to its actual beauty!! Thanks again for all, Alan V

I stumbled upon this website after I was unable to find what I wanted on Blue Nile. I must say that I am very happy I did. The wedding band is beautiful, the price was competitive and even the packaging was impressive. I did my homework prior to my purchase and Ritani reviewed VERY WELL hence the reason I decided to purchase. This review is my way of paying it forward so to speak. When it comes to jewelry I am VERY PICKY and HARD TO PLEASE. For those of you who are like me, I think you’ll be very happy doing business with Ritani.

Ritani was great, they have a ton of different options to trully make each and every ring unique. It was also great that they let you view the ring before paying anything up front. The store Ritani had in my area for the viewing was great, they staid after they had closed just for me to go in and view the ring and they were great help towards making the right decision. Excelente ring beautifull

My pear shaped diamond is beautiful along with the special touch of the "surprise" stones below the diamond in my solitaire setting. It has held it's color well. I loved the customer service and the ability to truly make this MY own with custom options. I was a bit disappointed in the delay. They informed me the mold was not to their quality which is great they make sure there quality standards are high. I was disappointed for the delay because I used the date they original gave me to schedule my wedding. I was not able to use the ring in my actual wedding because of the delay.

I had a great experience with Ritani in replacing a lost ring. Their Customer Service was extremely helpful. They quickly helped me locate the specific model that was several years old. I definitely rate Ritani 5 stars based on style and quaility but the customer service is always beyond expectations. Great people to work with. Hence, we purchased our second ring at Ritani and will be our first choice again in the future.
