The craftsmanship of my diamond wedding band is beautiful! I had to send the ring back due to sizing- they fixed and sent the ring back within a couple of weeks. My experiences with their customer service reps were very good. They handled my request professionally, kept me informed through the process and shipping, and followed up to ensure the ring was perfect for me! I was incredibly impressed with the level of quality and service I've received from Ritani and I will certainly (already have) refer friends and family.

I had a great diamond buying experience. The diamond prices are much lower than purchasing from a retail store. I especially like the fact that Ritani will ship the diamond to a store so that we could preview it before purchasing.

Overall satisfied with my engagement ring purchase. At first viewing there was a noticeable area benith the diamond on the top of the band that was unfinished. The ring was sent back to be finished. When the ring was returned the area was re-plated but not smoothed out. I liked the broad selection of diamonds with an easy grade system to help you pick the perfect one and that you could buy the wedding band at the same time

My first experience with Ritani was exemplary. I purchased my fiancé’s engagment ring online and was able to have it sent to a local shop for review before making the final transaction. Customer service was excellent and the process simple. Using Ritani to purchase wedding bands went so poorly I opted for a different company. To start, the local shop they used was no longer a “partner”, with the next available option being over an hour away. I opted to have the package sent to my home. As expected, I was not home to sign for the delivery and requested Fedex to simply hold the package so I could pick it up at a time convient to me. I was floored when I was told that Ritani did not allow items to be held “due to insurance reasons” and that it would need to be signed for the next day or it would simply be sent back. When I spoke with the Ritani rep they advised I would need to either be on site to receive delivery or make it to the local fedex ship center before it closed if I wanted to pick up the item. Since I do not have the luxury of being home during the week or even getting home during normal business hours both those suggestions would not work for me. In the end the rings were sent back as explained due to a failed second delivery. I ended up buying the rings from a different vendor locally.

These people are very knowledgeable and courteous.... I appreciate the time I received for questions on live chat. It was an easy experience purchasing a beautiful diamond ring for my partner. Ritani is an excellent place of business and would recommend for even the most conscientious buyer.

Originally, I felt a bit hesitant to make such an expensive and important purchase online. Now, having gotten the ring and made someone in my life very happy, I'll say that that hesitation is gone. Ordered an engagement ring through a retailer and wedding band directly from Ritani online after viewing samples at the retailer. The design was gorgeous and the samples were great quality. The finished product was terrible quality compared to the sample - milgrain thin, smooshed, or missing (completely flat). Looked like they just pressed a square shaped cut into the metal, not round dabs like milgrain. The carved leaves were different between the two rings, one completely lacking definition, just an oblong shape with a line through it. Sent back via the retailer to get them remade and Ritani reluctantly did, but did not offer any discount or compensation. My rings were delayed two months and the finish product is still subpar quality. They fixed most of the milgrain (but not all) but the leaves on the band are still terrible quality blobs. I did not have time to send them back again before my wedding. The day I went to pick them up there was another customer complaining about missing milgrain on her Ritani ring and the retailer said they stopped displaying their products due to numerous quality issues. Maybe they can handle a simple ring, but I don't recommend them for a detailed design. If you do choose to order a Ritani ring, order through a retailer so you have someone to help get them remade.

Ritani was wonderful. Their online sales people were very knowledgable and helpful. When I 25% discount was offered after my purchase they honored it...responded to an email on a Sunday night and the discount was applied to my credit card by Tuesday. this is on top of getting gorgeous diamond eternity ring!
