Our experience so far with Travel Nation and Claire Parsons in particular has been brilliant. Very efficient and friendly service to plan our holiday later in the year. Our request was to tie in Travel with my brother and sister in law to Dubai and Mauritius and tag on a safari in South Africa. This has been managed perfectly and within our budget. The finishing touch was a phonecall from Claire to confirm everything was OK and all as expected. 5 stars well deserved. Thank you 😊

Jim helped us plan our first big holiday post Covid and we can't wait to go. We booked a big holiday to Bali with Travelnation back in 2019 which was so amazing we have decided to go back with other family members for a special trip. Everything was planned to perfection from airport transfers to guided hikes up a volcano and hotel bookings in two different areas so we felt confident the company could do it again. We had a US road trip booked with Travelnation in 2020 which was cancelled due to Covid restrictions and they handled this brilliantly - we had a very prompt refund but kept our deposit as we wanted to be able to save towards our next trip. Compared to our experience with other bigger travel companies we have really appreciated the friendly helpful service we have experienced with Travelnation. Will come back and review Bali holiday number 2!

We used Travel Nation pre covid and Jim was so helpful with our round the world flights x7 of them and motor homes both in NZ & Aus . We had every confidence in him from start to finish . He got us a really great deal on flights and understood all our needs. Thankfully coming out of lockdown now we have booked flights back to Thailand for the month of June and went straight to Jim knowing we would get the best customer service and deals. Can’t wait for our holiday . We highly recommend TN and will continue to use them for our travel needs .

We recently booked an extended family vacation to Asia. We normally book our own itinerary however being time constrained, we reached out to Travel Nation for some suggestions. Ruth nailed our itinerary at her first attempt, selecting the perfect flights and accommodation in all three destinations that perfectly matched our requirements. From start to finish Charlie Maybank from Travel Nation was excellent. We were recommended this company and are about to use them again. Charlie notified us of every change and sorted out a wheelchair for each flight. The wheelchair was there waiting with a name on it. The journey was smooth due to her efficiency. She gave us many options on flights before we booked and lots of useful advice. I would highly recommend this company.

Chris was excellent throughout the entire process, extremely responsible, presented various options when we changed our minds multiple times, was flexible with us when we wanted to book our own elements of the trip, provided great advice and suggestions, the hotels were all too trip advisor rated places too at good prices. A perfect way to receive help in planning the trip of our lifetime (a month long honeymoon spanning three countries), while being able to choose and book things independently when we wanted to. Really impressed with the service and cover provided, a company that have clearly helped thousands of people as their documents pack and applications made the trip easy.
