We contacted David at Travel Nation initially in 2019 to book a trip for us to NZ, due to covid this was cancelled, rebooked and cancelled due to covid again in 2020. The holiday was scheduled to take place in December 2021 but as NZ still had its borders closed the decision was taken (along with advice from David) to rebook our tickets to go to the Maldives to get married instead. David Taylor at Travel Nation was amazing, he kept us informed at every step snd gave the best up to date advice too. David along with my now husband communicated at every step with Alan describing to David exactly what it was we hoped to have. David made everything so simple, he was the go between for us and the resort and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. When we got to the Maldives the staff at Kagi Spa Island Resort were aware of what we had requested and met with us to confirm their discussions that were had with with David. We received regular updates from David before and during our Wedding/ Honeymoon experience advising of expectations at each destination with regards to the travel requirements and covid. I can’t recommend David and Travel Nation highly enough, they made our whole experience as painless and stress free as possible. We will definitely be contacting Travel Nation to arrange any future long haul travel for us.

I had not used a travel agent for many years, but during Covid times, your need is great. Let Charlie of Travel Nation relieve you of a great burden. She gave very sound advice and was more available than she had any right to be (it was an incredibly busy time). Thanks to her my wife and I got flexible tickets to Vancouver and back, with a good deal on car hire thrown in. She said the terms and conditions would be the best, and she was right. She also followed up to see how it went. Superb service.

We had a fabulous time during our week in Iceland. This is our third time of asking Chris at Travel Nation to help arrange a memorable time away. Yet again Chris used his knowledge for a previous visit to suggest activities and places to stay. We will definitely use Chris again to help an enjoyable travelling experience.

Claire was fantastic throughout! From the initial stage of helping us decide where to go, to dealing with the constant changes being thrown her way by the ever-changing Covid rules around the world. I really don't know how she managed to do it whilst always sounding so polite and friendly whenever we spoke! We went with Travel Nation and Claire because of their COVID protection policy. It took all the risk and worry out of booking this trip as we were assured that in the event of Covid affecting things, the trip could be changed. And we saw it in action... Our trip had to be moved in the end because of America's Covid restrictions and, true to their word, the dates were changed quickly and efficiently. It was absolutely stress-free! If you're looking for a trip but are worried about Covid uncertainty, this is your option. I really hope the industry stabilises for them as they deserve to succeed. Our round-the-world tickets were purchased in December 2019 before the pandemic. Our tour was canceled in May 2020. It is September 2021 and our refunds have still not been received. We don't know if our tickets will ever be refunded. Apparently this is Sri Lanka Airlines' fault. We are really disappointed. We feel like we are being manipulated.

Thanks to Travel Nation professionalism ans perseverance I didn't loose my ticket plane. We recently travelled to Jordan with Your Travel Nation and we had an extraordinary experience on our tour at all levels. We booked the 8 days Discover Jordan tour and the quality and comfort of the accommodation far exceeded our expectations, from the facilities themselves to the friendliness of the staff, I am a picky eater and never had any issues with the meals that were served..

We were also extremely lucky with our guide, Ahmed. Me and my girlfriend have been in contact with David Taylor since March 2019 where he helped us plan a 6 month around the world trip. From day one the service has been amazing! He made such a big trip a lot less stressful by being so organised! When covid hit he got us home from Australia with no problem at all and in very quick time. Since then he has worked tirelessly for us in trying to get refunds for our unused flights, something he has gone the extra mile to do. He has managed to get us refunds for some of our unused flights which we are so grateful for! David and travel nation have provided us with the best service we’ve ever had and we’ll 100% use them again for a future big trip.

Ordered a trip from Norway to Sydney (r/t), business class for my daughter and me, with Singapore Air, Jan/Feb. 2020. Our contact person was David Taylor, and he was most helpful in stitching this trip together. After almost 4 weeks in Australia, I left my daughter in Brisbane (studies), and I headed home via SIN. Arrived back in Norway just in time for Covid -19 to break loose..... After 4 weeks of study in Brisbane, my daughter managed to get one of the last seats out of Oz, with Emirates, prior to «shutdown» of Oz. Singapore Air had by this time suspended all traffic to/fro Oz, and my daughter found herself with an unused ticket (business class) from Brisbane to Norway, when arriving back in Norway. After some correspondence back and forth with David, he finally managed to get Singapore Air to refund the ticket, and I just received a mail today that the money is on it’s way! 👍 Based on my whole experience with Travel Nation, and David in perticular, I most certainly will use them again, and at the same time recommend them amongst my travelling friends! Looking forward to next trip! 😎😎

Malheureusement très déçu de travel nation. Voyage annulé du a la pandémie. En lisant les avis je m'aperçois que de nombreuses personnes on été remboursé bien avant nous après plusieurs échange mails et courrier cela fait plus de 9 mois que nous attendons notre remboursement de 7000€+ les avoir d'interjet.(Somme verser initialement 8530.03€) Visiblement nous ne somme pas votre priorité. En passant par Travel Nation nous cherchions la sécurité et un confort mais visiblement pas ! Nous avons eu à faire à plusieurs interlocuteurs Audric puis Sara et enfin Liz. Nous somme conscient que la crise sanitaire y est pour quelque chose mais à un moment donné il faut arrêter de prendre les gens pour des imbéciles. Et maintenant impossible de les joindre par téléphone.
