Worked immediately and the explanations how to activate the sim were perfect. Sim receives everywhere and internet is quite fast. The only thing that needs improvement is the ability to share the connection via hotspot. I travel with my laptop and could not connect through the phone.

The advertisement said that it would use Viettel network (this may have been the website advertising not Gigago) but this was blocked through the esim and it would not allow me to connect. It also did not allow vinaphone network, which is advertised on Gigago. The network used iTel I think it was and most of the time I had LTE coverage. I did try one of the other network options but it didn't make any difference and I had my esim set to select the best network available and switch if needed. I was still able to connect in the major cities with only the occassional drop. So all in all it wasn't that bad and it was relatively cheap caparatively

Internet everywhere in Vietnam, very useful. Second time using Gigago, very trustworthy good speed. I really recommend.

I am currently on a trip in thailand and have never used or had a esim before. After a bit of research, i finally chose gigago because of their easy designed and understandable website. The process of choosing and buying the esim was really smooth. Installation was very easy and i could not be happier. I bought it before our flight in germany and activated it at the airport, 100% smooth and i had no problems. If im going to need a esim in the future, i will definetly use gigago again. Goed geholpen door de klantenservice toen mijn persoonlijk hotspot het niet deed. Daarna werkte alles vlekkeloos. Makkelijk na te gaan hoeveel data je nog overhebt via een sms. Overal bereik in Vietnam.

The SIM deal was good value, the eSIM added easily to my phone, a process I has not done before. The service activated as instructed with a text message. The coverage has been good, I would definitely use this again.

Very simple to setup and activate, no problems with the service. Data connection has been fast and stable.

Had good reception over the whole country. Very happy with the service overall. The 4Gb per day thing was mildly annoying, thats why i only rate it 4 stars.
