Terrible service. Our internet connection was down this week from Wednesday afternoon. Tried contacting them via their whatsap line, they ddnt even bother to assist. Their response time is very disappointing. There was no communication to customers that there was a problem that they were fixing. Very disappointing

Just back from 3 weeks in Vietnam mainly middle and North. Gigago eSIM was cheap and extremely reliable. used for maps, data never got near running out (15gig for 30 days). Coverage never a problem in the country and we avoid tourist areas like the plague. 2 friends with me also used Gigago eSIM and commented they had a problem (they did, not the sim), phoned Gigago who were incredibly helpful!

Easy to order and to install. Very efficient!

Very good network coverage whether in the North, Center or South Vietnam. Easy to operate. Initial issue to activate the eSIM upon arriving in Vietnam (therefore only 4*), but excellent, reactive and efficient support that quickly solved the issue and helped me activate the eSIM.

Good value Had to add more money with scratch card to make or receive voice calls to use Grab or taxi app

So easy to set up, at a very competitive price... and with great coverage across Vietnam. Highly recommend!

Fast support, simple check-out, simple&clear guide BUT: The unlimited eSIM is not unlimited. And there is no will to full fill the contract.

Great functionality in Vietnam! Once set up it worked a treat. Only negative is the set up instructions - not quite right but my iPhone guided me through. Will use again.

Gigago was easy to install as an esim. It has been robust and provided a good signal as we have traveled through northern, central and southern Vietnam.

Super easy to buy on the go and instal. Good reception all the time. I am a little suspicious of the data useage - it never matched the phone records of data used. Somehow I used 10GB in 5 days - without watching a movie or show. I think I got stooged. Email received with QR code to scan - but you can't use the phone camera to scan an email received on your phone - had to take a photo of the QR code with another phone and then use that image to scan. Sounds complicated - it was.

Worked straight from the start. Helped me a lot as I was solo travelling and it was nice to have internet once I arrived.
