I bought their eSIM for Colombia. But every Colombian carrier rejected the eSIM with a "not authorized on this network". I lost the first day of my trip wasting all day sending dozens of messages and screenshots proving my settings were correct. Besides, the 'not authorized error' means the carrier wouldn't even allow the eSIM to register on the network, so the settings wouldn't matter anyway. They told me they would contact the carriers to figure out why their eSIM's were not authorized, and get back to me with a solution or a refund. They never responded. I went to the local operator to buy a physical sim, and they insist Gigago does not have a contract with Colombian carriers. They seem to have contracts with Asian carriers, but their Latin American eSIM's are a fraud. After sending Gigago more messages asking for the refund, they refused and blatantly lied claiming I never contacted them for support, despite sending them screenshots and emails proving it.

Installed eSIM a day before the arrival in Vietnam. However, eSIM did not get activated as it was supposed to, and it was stressful. Tech support on WhatsApp was very helpful and fixed the problem right away. Once eSim was activated with tech support, it worked great in HCM city, Hoi An, Hanoi and Sapa.

I just came back from my 10 days trip to Vietnam. I can fully recommend gigago to everyone. Super simple to purchase, very clear instructions on how to install pre departure and worked amazingly well throughout the trip. Also the price is absolutely great. You might save a dollar or two if you go into a shop in the city but why. The service is just amazing and worth the money.

They sold me a 120gig/ month contract. I later found out that they actually only provide you with 4gig per day. This was very frustrating as unless you use 4 gig each day you lose the remaining balance so they are in fact not providing you with what they advertised. This set up needs to be much clearer when advertising these packages as I would have not purchased this if I had know. I only found this out when they turned my data off when I was on a bus about to arrive in a new city asking me to buy more data. If you advertise a 120gig per month contract you need to load the full allowance on as soon as the purchase is made.

Worked flawlessly in Vietnam!

I bought an e-sim for Asia and used it in Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong and Macau. Installation was very easy and network excellent in all countries. Worth every cent and excellent value. Highly recommend.

Recently returned from Vietnam and the eSIM worked everywhere... even in the far north doing the Ha Giang Loop! Can't fault the service and the speeds were great.

Works really well and good coverage

Worked weil in Vietnam, although you do have to follow their instructions, but it's pretty well documented. The only issue is that you can't send SMS by default. But coverage, is fine, and once you setup the right APN, hotspotting worked well and speed test was pretty good.
