No problem and easy to use. If I really wanted to be picky then it would be great to be able to update the telephone after I got the e-SIM and started to use it. (In the notifications I got it said that I could not update the phone (iPhone)). But the rest of the service from Gigago is 100% for me.

Some providers like itel (which has been sold by Gigago) are consuming the data instantly. Had to go outside the hotel, while I was on wifi the whole time before and noticed I have 0 data left. Raised this issue with their support and they told me it is my fault after having this happen 2 days in a row. Edit after responde of Gigago: I have tried with the support and told me to wait until the next day to try again… I cannot wait as I need internet when travelling. I requested refund or change me to another provider, but support rejected, so I bought another esim from another provider (bytesim) and the issue did not happen with them everything works perfectly…

The signal sometimes gets very weak, and we cannot access any page. But most of the time it is good, with a decent speed. I could even watch Netflix from my phone without hassles.

Had a great experience with Gigago eSIM during our travel to Vietnam. Instslled it prior to arrival in Vietnam. Activation is very quick through sms. The best part is I got network and internert all over from North, Middle and South of Vietnam including Halong Bay. Great service.

The worst data I ever had before. Bought GIGA120GB with $18.90 but I have not activated the data plan. I could not use while I was in Vietnam first time. Just complained several emails but they did not satisfy the customer even disconnected the communication after that. After writing a review at Trustpilot, they responded. Finally activated data plan but data not working at all. Finally, I was tired to use it and waste money. I recommend to buy phone service in Vietnam. DO NOT BUY IT.
