Super easy to set up and it was indispensable during the travels

The connection is very good but, unfortunately you have to upgrade it if you want to make calls using Vietnamese phone numbers

Easy to use but not very fast. Cannot send messages when in basement.

The eSIM worked great while I was in Vietnam. If I were to return to the country, I would use it again.

The eSIM I purchased works perfectly. I was able to activate and use it right after we landed.

It was my first time to use an e-sim and everything was clearly explained so it was easy to install and use. Coverage was excellent all over Vietnam, even on a cruise around Halong Bay. E-sims are definitely a much better alternative to purchasing a physical sim or portable wifi.

Purchased a couple of eSIM's for myself and my wife's iPhones about a month before our planned trip to Hong Kong. these were 15 day SIM'S which was more than enough as we were only visiting for 10 days. Unfortunately when I came to install these prior to the trip, I found out that it wasn't possible as they had both expired?? I was informed that the eSIM's only have a 15 day validity period when purchased!! This is totally shocking as they must get lots of people buying eSIM's well in advance of their trips. the company then refused point blank to offer any refund or provide a replacement eSIM! It's my view that this lot are a bunch of robbing scum who will happily take your money in return for nothing at all--steer well clear of this lot--There are a number of other decent/ better options out there.

Price is good and everything worked great.

Perfect eSim, that's helped me a lot as soon as I arrived at Vietnam, I could got a taxi from apps no from airport's taxi (more expensive). The eSim has a phone number thats help to use others APPs in Vietnam. The only part that for me needs to be rethinked is TOP UP new DATA, it is because my eSIm expered after 30 days (time that I was bought) but my trip was 32 days. To have more DATA I had to buy a new eSIM
