Was very happy with the price for this particular model. Bit apprehensive about the delivery given the call prior to delivery however the delivery guys (Raj & Arnold) were excellent and the main reason for my rating. They were extremely helpful and friendly and you get the sense that they take pride in providing the best customer service.

The 1 to 3 days did extend to 7 but it was good to hear the day before delivery aswell as a call 30 mins before. Not sure about the warranty of 5 years at the moment as paperwork declares period started in 2023. The machine is easy to use and I like the selection of programmes .

Paid for next day delivery. Package was sent out by Royal Mail instead. Called to complain, got cut off the first time after being on hold and then the second time the guy basically said there is nothing he could do and they would still expect me to pay the shipping cost?? People pay for next day delivery for a reason. Not even an apology…..

Great service, I ordered a large fridge freezer on the Friday afternoon and had a call on Monday morning to say it would be delivered on Tuesday. The guy on the phone said that it would be just delivered to the doorstep and they wouldn’t bring it up any steps but the delivery guys (Val & Riz) were amazing and went above and beyond to make sure it was delivered safely and straight into my kitchen. Thanks guys, I will definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

I ordered a 6s lipo battery for £96 including delivery. When my battery arrived it was a 4s lipo that was at least £20 cheaper, when I contacted the company I received no customer support at all. This is a mistake you made and It’s your responsibility to correct the mistake made… the 6s battery is now not in stock so you took the chance sending me a 4s battery thinking I may not complain. Well I will be contacting trading standards because this is the 2nd time to receive poor customer support on a faulty/wrong product

Great service, I ordered an American style fridge freezer on the Sunday afternoon and had a call the next day to say it would be delivered on Tuesday between 2-8pm. The email said that it would be just delivered to the door or garage which worried me because these things weigh a ton. It arrived at 7.40 pm, the last delivery of the day as they were taking away my old one. The guys were amazing, they brought it around the back of my house and in through the French doors straight into my kitchen where it was unwrapped so I could inspect it. Don't be put off with delivery details as the company is obviously just trying to cover themselves, the delivery guys are excellent, just what they should be with bulky items.
