Ordered on Thursday, delivered on Saturday! Old appliance taken away after inspecting the new Samsung fridge freezer. Fair price with awesome service. Helpful delivery guys.

Fridge was ideal, exactly what I was looking for. Delivery was quick, reasonably priced. I did see the fridge cheaper elsewhere but couldn't be delivered as quickly. Delivery: They only deliver to ground floor level. Although I am ground floor level, the delivery men could only manage it so far into my house, they couldn't manage to get it around my hallway (although I did manage it on my own when they left). Essentially , after watching them srruggle, I said to them just leave it there and I'll get it. Then they insisted upon unpackaged it where it was stood. They took the substantial amount of packaging off, took a few photos for delivery evidence, then left. Leaving me with a huge fridge in the middle of my hallway surrounded by mounds of polystyrene and plastic wrap. They advertised the "unpackaging" as a service but it's clearly more of a condition.

First class customer service with exceptional delivery team too. I was contacted by the company, by telephone, concerning my delivery, and received my purchase the next day at no extra charge. Also, the delivery team took the time to make sure I new how to make contact with the customer service team should I need to do so concerningmy order. Appliance Electronics really know how to look after their customers!

Firstly, it’s worth saying that the fridge-freezer we bought from Appliance Electronics is fine, and was at a reasonable price. However, that’s where the satisfaction ends. When attempting to arrange a delivery time, I found the customer service (so called) representative rude, arrogant, and unhelpful. You’re unable to ‘arrange’ anything with this firm; they tell you when they’re going to turn up. They informed us they were going to drop off the fridge-freezer on a day that neither my wife nor I - both professional people with jobs we can’t always abandon at short notice - would be at home. When I phoned to see if I could re-arrange, the answer from the man I spoke to was “maybe you shouldn’t be spending this sort of money on things if you’re not going to be at home to receive them”. What a ridiculous statement! Only when I told the arrogant young man (on our third phone call) that I would be cancelling the order of he didn’t change the delivery time did he begrudgingly re-arrange it, then leaving me a voicemail which inferred he’d done me an enormous favour, instead of doing his job. Incidentally, he also rang me seven times in 4 minutes, including leaving voicemails and text messages, when initially calling to let me know the delivery time. As I was in a meeting at work I was unable to answer, but this idea seemed to be lost on him and he continued ringing relentlessly until I had to turn my phone off. Appliance Electronics - people want (and sometimes need) to have a say in when their items are delivered. Make sure your staff know this, and stop being beholden to the outsourced delivery firm.

Fantastic price for an LG washing machine and super fast delivery (next day!) to my home in Watford. Delivered into the house, unpacked and old machine taken away, all in about 20 minutes. Will definitely recommend this company.

Arrived promptly but with a missing piece. Contacted customer service who gave beko phone number but no other help. Still waiting 3 weeks later as out of stock with no delivery date. Part is £13 on other cites !
