It would have been 5 stars, but the information concerning delivery of new items and collection of replaced items was not very clear. The delivery and collection is to the front door of the property only! For a disabled or elderly person this is very difficult if not impossible. Telephone calls to the company resolved the problem, and a big thankyou to the delivery men who were very helpful, kind and polite - 5 stars for them.

Easy to order and delivery drivers went above and beyond to make sure we were ok before they left.

Ordered a Samsung TV on a Black Friday Deal was showing in stock on the website. got an email 3 days later saying they had oversold and were cancelling the order and refunding our money. What sort of firm can oversell an item do they not have stock control!. Sadly got the cancellation email after all the Black Friday deals had ended so now going to have to pay hundreds more for the same TV. BUYER BEWARE

Appliance electronics were super helpful on the phone with questions prior to ordering, called me to arrange a delivery date within a few hours of ordering. Delivery was spot on, although a 7 hour window, I was advised the driver would call around 30minutes prior to arrival which they did so I could be back and was not sat around all day waiting. Delivery guys were amazing, helped get the washing machine into the house and unpacked. You really can’t get much better than this for overall service. I would highly recommend and will use again!

The company told me exactly what to expect & when. The delivery were men were curtious, also went out their way to explain & help me.

Bought an rc car from them, parts broke within 20 minutes of unboxing (I have found since this is a common issue with this particular model) their after sales team are dreadful, they tried to tell me I'd broken it through wear and tear, it wasn't, then it was sand in the gearbox, stripped it down and not even a grain of sand in it, then told me the motor must be filled with sand and water and i "needed to do my research" (I wish I had researched this company before I had purchased as this is a common occurance with faulty items and their lack of help) again nothing there. They then told me it was a warranty issue that would be resolved, que 3 weeks of lies and constant passing back and forth between departments. When the parts arrived I was told they would be sent overnight by courier only to wait 3 days for it to arrive. There are a lot better rc shops out there with staff who know what they are talking about. Avoid like the plague!

The fridge freezer was available at a great price. However, although the collection of our old equivalent appliance was paid for, it is expected to be outside for collection. This is a large appliance requiring a trolly which most households won’t have. They did take it but I can’t say it was in good grace. An equivalent reluctance to deliver the replacement inside was also made, suggesting it was left on our drive. It was tight but it did fit as we had measured and also it is a like for like replacement. I do not expect electrical appliances to be paid for and then for the supplier not put them in the home. We live in a house with good access. This was a very stressful experience.

It's wasn't until after purchase I was told that the fridge freezer was going to be delivered to the outside of our property. This was very difficult for me to get it inside as it's is an extremely heavy item. Same with removal of old one. To help customers this should be explicit prior to purchase. Having said that, the price was good and the delivery workers were helpful and communicated their delivery times adequately.
