Wow! I ordered on Thursday & within the hour was contacted & asked if Friday morning was ok for delivery. The following morning the call came to say they were 15 minutes away. Val & Aman arrived promptly & with great care delivered my shiny new LG 12kg washing machine & put it in the kitchen. Aman returned to the van while Val spent time checking that I was completely happy with my order. After taking some photos for his records to show it was delivered in perfect condition, we enjoyed a lovely brief chat about my purchase & also the company. I would highly recommend Appliance Electronics to anyone looking for the very best service, fantastic range of quality products, most competitive prices, exceptional speed of delivery & highest level of professionalism & friendliness of their delivery drivers. I removed the transit bolts, plumbed it in, checked for level & ran it's first empty drum wash. It's smooth & quiet operation left me totally astounded. I am over the moon. Thank you so much guys!!

Appalling customer service and incredibly belligerent, rude and unhelpful delivery driver who left us with an American fridge freezer on our doorstep with no way of getting it indoors: despite being told by the company that delivery would be to our kitchen. Do not use this company if you value good manners and customer service.

Ordered our new fridge freezer (better price than anything else online or in store) on the 28th of November in the evening, it arrived on the 1st of December. They had originally planned to deliver in the afternoon but altered this to the morning for us! Raj and Deep delivered it for us, very professional but also lovely and friendly. Couldn’t ask for a better product or service.

I ordered a cooker on Sat 25 November and the website and confirmation email were silent as to estimated delivery date. I called the company on Mon 27 Nov and was told it would likely be delivered that Wed or Thurs but I'd be called the day before to confirm. Today (Thurs) still having had no contact and the order status just saying 'in progress ', I called again. This time I was told they couldn't get through to the delivery department but they'd stay on hold to them and call me back when they got through. 2.5 hours later I still hadn't heard back so I called again. This time I was told the cooker was not in stock and not expected until 20 December! I queried why the website and my confirmation email or even my call on Monday hadn't made this clear and was told the website does say the cooker was a 'preorder item'. The inference seemed to be that I should know this could mean a delay of weeks on delivery! That certainly was not clear to me and I suspect most customers would be the same. Their own operatives didn't seem to know this when I called on Monday and earlier today. I've requested a refund and now need to find and order a replacement cooker for delivery so that I don't lose the date I've already got my gas engineer and electrician booked in for, to install it. I'm really disappointed by the poor communication and service received from Appliance Electronics, especially having checked the largely positive reviews on Trustpilot before I ordered with them.

Raj and Deep were extremely helpful today. Due to my partner having to leave for an emergency I was unable to assist with carrying the tumble drier up a flight of stairs as i wasnt strong enough to lift it. This is also the same for the carrying of the old appliance to the bottom of the stairs. Raj and Deep went above and beyond to assist me even thought they didn’t have to do this for me. Thank you again for all your help.

I needed two fridge freezers urgently. Customer service (Ray) was amazingly helpful, organising quick delivery on my behalf when the stock became available. They arrived, on time and well packed. Delivery drivers were very organised, very professional and very personable. They removed my old fridge as well as all the packing on the new fridges and were so very careful throughout sp as not to damage anything. Been so very impressed all round and will definitely recommend and use this company again. Thank you for a seamless customer experience.

Chose Appliance Electronics as they had the best online price. Got a phone call shortly after ordering to explain that delivery would be next day (Saturday). A pleasant surprise as I didn't expect it that soon! Got a phone call on Saturday from the delivery driver telling me he was 10 minutes away. Very satisfied.

Very poor experience. I bought a freezer + 5yr warranty online worthy £470 and paid successfully with a UK debit card. Shipping is free as clearly stated in the invoice. I received an email the next day saying my payment was invalid as my debit card couldn't be recognized and they would cancel my order. I called Appliance Electronics. They refunded me and asked me to use a different debit card/credit card. I did but the original order could not be completed anymore. I initiated a new order but then being charged of £39.99. I called the customer service again. Answer was I have to make a new order and they had system issue the other day hence had not charged shipping cost on my order. So all the invalid debit card etc. were just excuse but wanted me to make a new order and pay the shipping fee. VERY DISAPPOINTING with such service.
