Staff at the shop were helpful without being pushy and we found just what we wanted - 2 large/long chests of drawers. Having booked a delivery, we were later offered a quicker date, which was great service although we declined it. Delivery men were excellent, unpacked everything and took away the cardboard etc (Premium delivery). Very friendly and negotiated stairs and corners without any fuss.

Just received my third piece of furniture from Oak Furniture Land (Rustic Oak Bedside Table), just as delighted with this as I was my previous two purchases from them, beautiful furniture, excellent service from the Delivery Team, just a bit of a wait to receive the furniture from actually placing the order, but well worth the wait. Their furniture is the best around.

The whole experience of buying a sofa was seamless, to purchasing it, to delivery was all completed within a week. The staff were very helpful, and my queries were always addressed.

delivery time of over 3 months. then delay of extra week when i called to confirm delivery...not really acceptable to m Oak resolved issue apologised and i now feel much happier.

Shop experience was ok, ordered 2 items and was told I would receive the invoice via email. When I looked at the invoice a 5 year insurance costing £70 had been added to my order. I have since had it removed but it’s a one star from me due to oak furniture trying to rip me off.

It was very simple I looked online for coffee tables arrived in store where the staff immediately attended. The product was exactly what I wanted. I was given a delivery date and the tables arrived on time. Very good experience.
