Ryan S & Lukas were great delivery drivers. They rang to say they were ready to deliver. They turned up on time. All the furniture was put together for us (we did pay for Premium Delivery & it was worth every penny) All the packaging was taken away & they were fast & efficient. Would highly recommend. The furniture was excellent. Thank you.

I disliked the fact that I was charged £100 for delivery and building the sofa which didn’t need any building , you did take the small amount of rubbish away ! There were no option of different delivery packages only the £100 on for me.

Bought a 3 seater sofa armchair and footstool from this company. Was recommended by a relative. Even though other people are happy with the furniture I certainly am not. For some reason whenever you sit on the armchair creases appear on the seat cushion. This does not happen when sitting on the sofa. Creases on the chair can be smoothed out but as soon as you sit on it the creases reappear. Original contact with customer services was very good and a technician came within a week or so to examine the chair. He actually told me that it is structurally sound and doubted if Oak furniture Land would do anything about it. I have now had confirmation that they are not interested as far as they are concerned it’s not a problem. I paid a lot of money for these items and expected all 3 pieces of furniture to be perfect. I certainly would not recommend buying furniture from them. The person I spoke to who informed me that they were not going to do anything had the cheek to tell me have a good day. Probably being sarcastic as I told him how unhappy I am with their decision.

The driver phoned to give an estimated time for delivery, they arrived in the time frame given, brought my sofa and chair in and assembled with no problems. They cleared away all packaging and left (although this occurred just after 7.00 am) they didn't disturb the neighbours, which I was afraid of.

What a great Experience at Oak Furnitureland Truro. Jackie was so helpful when choosing our new sofas. It didnt matter what question you asked she was very knowledgeable & friendly. With a 5 year warranty covering anything that goes wrong, be it damage, motors on the recliner etc. Well done Jackie it was worth coming to Cornwall to have a look.

Customer service are good but find it difficult to take in changing a phone number for delivery team to ring is a blunt no. Especially when I receive the messages to phone number I want drivers to ring madness. Order number 10151522 .as above stand by this. Carol who is my aunty is in hospital as explained please check recorded message . My email is the one you sent all correspondence to . Asked for the telephone number being used swiped to mine also on paperwork to be told no can't do it . Had to go to York hospital for my aunty's phone so I new the time of arrival. No thanks to you just using my number instead . Also it shows 3 different prices for delivery but we're not advised just charged premium rate at 99.99 feel like we have been taken for a idiot not happy .

It is a beautiful table, just what I was looking for. The salesman was helpful but also didn't hang over your shoulder. He gave us time to think but was attentive enough to notice if we had a question. The sale was super easy and everything explained, once we had made our mind up. I can't fault the showroom or staff. The unfortunate bit was the table itself. It arrived when we were told it would on the earlier part of the 3 hour window. We went over the table as instructed and noted the faults, and there were quite a few. Mostly superficial but then a crack appeared. Again customer services were very helpful and quickly arranged an engineer to repair it. It wasn't repairable so they replaced it and took away the damaged one. Annoyingly the replacement looked like quality control had missed it. The finish was worse than the first one. Customer services were on it. They sent a very pleasant young man to do the repairs. Thank you Dean! He did a brilliant job. There is a slight flaw in the wood which has been photographed by him and noted on his report should it developed into a crack. There is one area on the main part of the table were you can see the joins in the oak, not too bad though. The table, for now, is as it should be, beautiful. The oak has varying shades and grain which adds to it's charm. I hope it it wears well. The table is easy to extend and the extra leaves are stored on the underside of the table which is brilliant. We took out the insurance which in this case may have been a wise move. All in all, it is a large table that seats 10 very comfortably but you could seat 12 and not be uncomfortably knocking your knees off the frame like some others. We bought the rustic and the slightly deeper colour just adds to the table. Despite the quality control issues I would still recommend this piece of furniture.
