Second time using Oak Furniture Land. Very helpful staff without being pushy. Informed about delivery from start to finish. Furniture arrived on time, extremely well packaged. Delivery guys very courteous and careful when entering the property.

Dennis provided excellent customer service at Fort Kinnairds store. We purchased a leather corner unit and a recliner chair. He offered a lot of advice and guided us through our options. He was pleasant and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble.

I asked in store where my arabella furniture was made to which the manager replied Italy..I'll have it i said knowing that italin made furniture was of good quality..waited 5 months for my sofas then attached to the single recliner chair by a bit of string was a quality control passed attachment .it wasn't until I opened it I realised it's actually made in get this CHINA .the attached paper was infact for oak furniture land prior to the customer receiving furniture so it should have been removed before tut tut tut .my daughter had her corner suit exchanged 4 times .I now know why because no bought her suit was also made in China. Very bad and shocking lies no wonder it took 5 months for my suit to arrive .I am not happy at all to be given the wrong information in the first place

Absolutely beautiful sideboard, the delivery people were very friendly and professional. I have had one other piece of furniture from Oak Furnitureland and I would highly recommend them.

I ordered a 2 seater recliner online, then realised I had ordered the wrong material. Very quickly fixed by helpful cheerful lady at customer service. Sofa delivered today, lovely sofa, very pleased. I have been happy with the whole experience of buying a wardrobe. Staff were always polite and obviously well trained. There was an issue with the item . Customer service was easy to access and the response was speedy. I haven’t yet received the missing part as I only phoned today but I feel confident in their support and processes. Phill, the gentleman we spoke to in the Llandudno store was very patient & understanding of our needs and when answering our numerous queries & questions. We were able to wander around the store looking, measuring & trying numerous sofas before deciding which ones were best for us. Details were then agreed and our order was placed. When we got home we realised that one of the sofa's we ordered was wrong (slightly too big) so we phoned Phill with a request to change the order to a different sofa which he did straight away with no fuss.
