Iv bought a gaming pc of them and it won't even run Minecraft in the thing. I have emailed them about a return with its been 5 days now and no response and today is the last day of the 14 day gaurente return policy. Iv tried numerous times to get in contact via phone and knowone ever answered

I bought a gaming PC for my son as a Christmas present and unfortunately we encountered an issue. However these guys was fantastic, a replacement was sent out and the old unit collected all at their own cost. I again have 1 very happy son. Great PC, great communication, great price and can only highly recommend them. Shall be buying again in the future.

I had a problem trying to understand why there was no signal being received by the monitor from one of the graphic ports. The technician (Harry) explained the reason which was due to the reconditioned monitor not being a to receive the signal from that particular port. However there was an alternative port that could be used and this works. Harry assured me that a newer monitor would resolve the issue. Thank you.

I bought a dell reconditioned desk top pc from the company but it would boot up every time so I contacted them via email. The result from the email I received a phone call from a person called Harry, who knew his stuff & walked me through the steps to resolve the problem in a few minutes via a video call, can't thank Harry enough one pleased customer.

Spent over £600 and the pc doesn’t come with speakers. Came with different monitor when I asked about by email ( can take upto 72hrs to get a response) said they no longer did that one but when I looked it was in stock .headoffice is in Europe. So please bear in mind if you have any problems it can and in my case take upto 72 hrs for a reply. I’m still waiting for one now and it’s been 4 day . Good luck Quick response to veno reply. I sent the Email on the 18th Jan Only just got a response today 28th Jan After they seen the review not sure if it’s coincidence . Update , after a email from aleem His kindly sent my daughter some speaker, headphones and a mug . Apparently the email sent on the 18th wasn’t picked up and as a good will gesture sent the above . Thank you .

Dreadful Customer Service - PC not fit for purpose. Bought our son a gaming PC for Christmas - its very powerful but clearly not fit for purpose as the unit overheats straight away and reboots. Customer service tried to convince us that this should work fine the unit must be faulty and arranged a replacement. The second PC did exactly the same. My husband gave detailed information by email but clearly the team do not take the time to read the information. The phone line doesn't even connect so you have no choice but to communicate via email which is inefficient and slow. I've now requested a return and full refund of the PC as it's clearly not carrying sufficient cooling for the powerful chip.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs. Sons xmas present was faulty both screens smashed on arrival, could not get through to this company on the phone they kept cutting the calls off before you could get through. Eventually reached them via email, they take 3 days to reply to every email! Frustrating when you have faulty items! Arranged an exchange, had a day off work only for the goods not to turn up! Low and behold they never even booked the delivery, to say this is poor service is an understatement. No one seemed to care, I made a complaint was promised a callback from their management and got nothing. This company clearly don't like to communicate once they have your money. Avoid at all costs unless you like being ignored and enjoy having upset children with no presents!

I had an issue with the drives and couldn't access the PC. The team sent a key drive for free and organised a video call to resolve the issue. Harry - who took the call - was knowledgeable and professional and managed to resolve the issue for us remotely, no problem at all!

TERRIBLE DISGUSTING DISHONEST. BOUGHT MY HUSBAND A GAMING PC IN OCTOBER HE PLAYED IT TWICE. CAME UP WITH A FAULT,HE CALLED SUPPORT,THEY WHERE LATE CALLING BACK TOOK THREE WEEKS TO SEND A MEMORY STICK,HE WAS TO USE TO UPGRADE IT . THIS NEVER WORKED. WE HAD TO PAY 35.00 FOR IT TO BE COLLECTED NOT EVEN 6 MONTHS OLD THEY HAD IT FOR WEEKS, ADVISED THEY WOULD RESPOND IN 5 DAYS THEY HAVE NOT...WE ARE £1700 DOWN THEN £35 FOR POSTAGE BACK. NOT RESPONDING TO EMAILS DESPITE US ADVISING WE WILL GO TRADING STANDARDS. STAY CLEAR NIGHTMARES
