I had a small issue with a lead and customer service dealt with it promptly. The pc is better than expected and does more than we thought it would Highly recommend using veno scorp as the service is great.

United Kingdom | 01 January 2025Bought the setup. When arrived I was shocked to see how it was treated. The driver threw the package on the floor from his van. UPSIDE DOWN. On set up the unit was noisy and rattled. HDMI port didn’t work , so I called the number and was brushed off by whoever answered asking me to email. I messaged through Amazon and sent email. By this time my blood was boiling so I called out an engineer, who found the graphics card and fan loose. This cost me some! Why use the worst delivery services? Ultimately the pc now works fine. BE MINDFUL OF WHO YOU USE FOR DELIVERIES.

I emailed them and got an immediate response and an engineer (Harry) rang us ON CHRISTMAS DAY! He talked us through how to sort the problems and now the PC is working fine.

United Kingdom | 27 December 2024Avoid this company (read full review) If you don't want headaches I would avoid the company. On November 27 I bought the Titan 4 Gaming Pc Bundle i7 3rd gen which stated it was next day deliver. It didn't happen. Then, I received it on December 3. When I turnes it on, I noticed the case was broken and the glass was glued so I could not check the specs but I still could use it. However, the wifi adaptor was not working and I asked for a replacement the same day. I spent the next days trying to update drivers and all but still not worked. On december 6 I believer, the replacement came but it was the same brand the other one, proving that their stuff does not have good quality. I gave up contacting them and decides to buy my own adapter, a £25 one. Since then I've been experiencing random freezing which I have to force turn off. So on December 11 I asked for a refund since it was still on the 14 day refund service. On December 17, DPD collected the PC. They told me that the money needed 1-2 days to proccess (I paid by paypal) and on December 23 they told me it has been issued. However now on December 27, it' been 10 days since I returned it, the money hasn't arrived. I am still waiting. And also: their customer service is terrible. They take ages to answer email and when trying to call, it always says full (And I know it's not new. I've searched it up and other people said the same things ages ago). Tried contacting on instagram and they said to send email. Unfortunately it was my fault to trust them and not search more before buying. Do not commit the same mistake as I did and avoid problems. Worst christmas present ever that I bought to myself.

United Kingdom | 27 December 2024I bought a pc bundle for my daughter at the end of November for her Xmas present as this what she wanted. I don’t know a lot about computers and didn’t test it before I gave it to her on Xmas day but what I read I thought was perfect for her. It advertised that it was good for Fortnite and Roblox and other games that she plays. She was devastated. Roblox was glitching Fortnite wouldn’t even load and everything else that she tried. I today went and bought her one from a pc tech expert as I couldn’t see her go without. He told me that the gaming setup I had bought had old parts from other computers and it was all put in a fancy box to make it look good. He dated items from inside the computer as far back as 2009 and it would never be achievable to play the games they stated. I feel betrayed by this company. They took money from me knowing that they was wasn’t giving me a bargain. I now have to try and sell a computer that I have to be honest about that no one wants due to the parts inside. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Go to a proper pc dealer it may cost you a little more but it’s well worth it instead of putting up with these clowns antics
