Absolutely loved my custom build when I got it, the way things were installed was optimized really well with airflow in mind, not to mention very neat wire arrangement & installation. Hard to beat the warranty programs as well. I recently had a RMA service for a memory dump issue and corrupted OS, and just being able to ask questions every step of the way and get input from the tech about upgrades based on my current build and what upgrades made most sense and those that could wait given that my system is still a very high performance system was greatly appreciated and helpful in formulating a decision.

Their website was fairly clear and easy to navigate, making my choices for a portable workstation fairly easy and clear. The price for it was also more then fair for what I needed out of a laptop. I also appreciated that there were multiple options to finance my purchase if needed. The only downside is I wish there had been somewhere a little more noticeable of the expected shipping days of an item. Even if my laptop was ready to ship, instead of the upgrades I chose, the shipping times are not as easily found as I would have liked. And this may be a downside for some people. Otherwise I have had a good experience overall so far. Will see if that changes when my laptop arrives.

I thought my PC would have problems with the shipping and the delivery service but i received my PC 3 days later and it came in perfect condition. It was packaged correctly and came in perfect quality.
