I have had a wonderful experience with Xotic PC. The packaging is amazing and the shipping time was pretty great too. I did have to wait on my new monitor but it still came fairly quickly. My set up is finally complete and the PC runs so smoothly. I have seen negative reviews of this company but I am unsure why they have them because customer service was impeccable and super fast to respond to any of the questions I had. 100/10

the website did freeze alot but i was able to see the PC in stock and i was able to choose what i needed. one of the financing options wasnt my favorite but all in all experience with xotic pc was good

I bought a very expensive computer for my Company. When I received it the computer did not work. Reached out to the team and they had me do a lot of different trouble shooting which cost me ( and my company) a lot of time and money. Some of their responses where slow as well. After 40+ emails later its determined that it has to be a hardware issue. So I spent a lot of time to determine the computer problem was their fault. The GPU was bad. When I packaged up the computer to send back they expected me to pay to ship the computer back. After the time and money I put in to find out it was their products fault the computer wasn't working and I had to pay the shipping was infuriating and unacceptable. They waived the cost to send it to them after calling and stating such. After they received my computer and fixing it where unwilling to pay to ship it back. Forced me to pay shipping to get the computer back. I do not recommend this company. If you have issues with the computer it is going to take your time and money.
