Xotic PC has a fantastic customer support chat service. Brock on your team answered all kinds of questions from me. We had a minor mix up with whether I could pick up my Sager from the Lincoln location, but he quickly got that straightened out. You have a great staff. I understand that this is largely outside of your control, but it's what lost my experience a star. I would have loved to purchase a laptop with a dedicated GPU, rather than an integrated Intel CPU. But every higher end Sager laptop had vents on the side, which is not ideal for someone who prefers to use a Bluetooth mouse. So I went with the model with the vents on the back. If your able to pass this feedback on to Sager, please tell them that at least one customer vastly prefers back vents.
