I absolutely love Lulus! Their clothes are always high-quality, the shipping/return policies are great, and the customer service the few times I've needed to actually speak to a human (which has been rare) has always been pleasant. I've ordered hundreds of dollars in clothing, shoes, and accessories from them over the last 4-5 years and I've never had a single bad experience. Their website review process for items is really helpful too when it comes to selecting what size to order since they have a "fit scale" and each reviewer has a profile that says their individual stats (if made public) so you can make more of an educated guess when between sizes. Lulus is one of the few companies that I haven't unsubscribed from their marketing list - although my bank account would probably appreciate it if I would!

I ordered 2 dresses for my niece for Christmas. One needed to be returned & exchanged for a different size. As she lives out of state & I'm as old as Methuslah, I was both gratified & impressed as your emails kept me apprised each step of the way. When I reordered the dress, I accidentally put in the wrong address. The sales confirmation email said no changes could be made. I took a chance & sent an email with corrections. I was quite surprised to receive an email on Sunday morning saying they had stopped the order. It was wonderful, professional & friendly as it outlined what I had to do next. Bottom line, my niece received the new dress in 2 days, was delighted & I didn't have to cop to screwing things up. 10 points to Gryffindor!!

Your website is always easy to navigate. I had a question about a skirt one of the models was wearing with a faux leather skirt and the associate was able to find it for me. I love the quality of the items and they always deliver quickly. I'm a big fan! My most recent purchase was the faux leopard fur coat and I'm obsessed with it!!

Even though the fit of the dress I bought did not work out (it was true to size, I just didn’t like the way it looked on me), the return process was very efficient and straightforward, and Lulu’s provided great communication during every step of the process. The ease of returning the product and the refund was much appreciated and I would consider buying more clothes from Lulu’s in the future.

LOVE this brand. They have everything I need from causal wear to work clothes. The items I bought from them are in my regular rotation of work attire and the booties I bought are super comfy.

I think Lulu's has a great selection; however, the fit can often be a miss for me. Otherwise, they have stylish products, speedy shipping, and easy returns.

The dresses I bought were both great! One (the navy blue one) was a bit too big and the straps felt cheap, like they would fall apart at any moment. The one I kept was great quality and SO pretty!

Customer service is awesome! I am 5’4 115 pounds and the dress fit perfectly. It’s thick and flowy and beautiful I did need to hem up the length on the bottom of the dress and also have to get the shoulder straps taken in because they kept slipping off my shoulders!

Loved my most recent purchase from Lulus! I got this adorable suit for New Years. I got a good deal on it and paid through Klarna. I ordered quicker shipping to make sure it arrived in time, which it arrived sooner than expected! Always very nice quality. Never disappointed!

The value of a company is how they respond when something goes wrong and lulus has gone above and beyond. I ordered a shirt as a present for my sister for Christmas. Well Christmas rolled around and no present. I reached out to lulus who got back to me right away. Basically usps lost the package 12/10. The package was completely out of their hands at that point but they took the time to reach out to usps and then follow up with me to see if I had received my package. They took care of the situation for me and offered to send me a replacement which I accepted. They were so quick to respond and were extremely professional. Not only is their team great but I ordered a dress for myself for a New Years work party. It fit perfectly and got So many compliments. They have earned a lifelong customer. I can not recommend this business enough!

I love love these jeans but my goodness I have had to order three times now. I am not skinny but these Clara jeans stretch out so so much! Started with a 7....went to a 5.......they were also falling off of me today. I have a 3 coming but I am not going to order these again. Jacqueline Doll...have to return a 7 soon.

The shoes were not even close to size. They were a full size and a half smaller than a normal 8. I can’t even return them since I didn’t realize they were final sale. It’s unfortunate...
