I LOVE Lulus! The quality of clothing is fantastic. Lulus always has clothing that is up to date and in style. I just wish they would provide Free shipping, as this seems to be the trend with most websites nowadays. I also wish they were more gracious with their online coupons. Most websites send out 30-50% off coupon codes when you frequently shop with their site, but Lulus does not....they might send out a 10-20% coupon every now and then.

I love Lulus and probably half of my closet is from there. It's my go to online store when I need something new to wear. Shipping is free and not a hassle to return. I once buy a shoe that hurt my foot and I called to return but the customer service asked me to keep the shoe and I received money back without even asking.

The dress fit great, I wore it to a 1920's style party so the looser/boxier fit was perfect. It doesn't stretch much but overall it was fabulous and I got a ton of compliments!

Clothing doesn’t always hold consistency in sizes or quality of material. I feel like there should be a base line especially for the Lulu’s brand clothing.

My order arrived later than expected. I paid extra for fast shipping and it arrived 3 days later than promised. I had to spend more money on another dress for my occasion. I was credited for the shipping and partial price of the dress but it was still very inconvenient and unexpected since I have ordered from Lulu’s before without issues.

I love this website. My number one to go when I need to purchase clothing for any type of event. Customer service is great, returning and shipping is always on time. Easy to manage and the most important quality and prices are super affordable. I love the fact that you can get coupons and you also can be in the VIP account .
