Wow what customer service! I asked so many questions when purchasing my sofas and nothing was too much! I bought a sale item and a full price item, sent me loads of videos of the sale item and were really honest about a water mark even advising best way to remove it! Couldn’t have asked for more!

I ordered the sofa with a discount, it was made to order and it arrived in 3 weeks!! Contacted via WhatsApp with delivery updates - I couldn’t fault any part of the service. Plus I have a really comfy sofa!!

I’ve just got to say what fantastic service we received from Sofas and Friends. I was admittedly a little sceptical around ordering from somewhere I hadn’t before, but I can say that both the service via Insta and Aga at the store was fantastic. Delivery guys were great, on time and very helpful in getting the sofa in with rubbish cleared. We ordered the Olive Tignes and it really is as beautiful as in the pictures. From the moment we went into the showroom, Rad and team have been nothing short of outstanding. They’ve held our sofa for a number of months due to building delays and delivered as soon as I asked. The sofa (Tignes Mocha) is incredible!!! We had a small issue with the mechanism, messaged them late at night, got an instant reply and a new sofa was delivered the very next day!!! You would not get service that good from any large retailer. I would not hesitate to recommend based on my personal experience. Thank you 🤩

From the initial visit to the shop I was greeted by the lovely Aga who managed my sale from beginning to end who was very patient and extremely helpful. I have been following this company on Instagram for quite some time, and I finally had the opportunity to visit their showroom and see the quality of their sofas in person. I must say, I was absolutely blown away by the great quality, they also had some really good deals available, which made my shopping experience even more enjoyable. After searching sofas online I've came to find Sofas and Friends. Their Instagram page is very informative. We went to the showroom on Sunday, liked the sofa (Tulum) from the beginning, chose the colour, paid for the sofa and got it delivered the next day!! I could not believe the service that those guys (and a very helpfull store lady) provide. Amazing! No one wants to wait ages for their sofa to arrive. And also, their sofa prices are very reasonable. I will recommend this company to everyone who asks where to buy a good quality sofa. If we ever have enough space for their extendable sofa, we will be back for sure! Thank you team and good luck

Very happy with our sofa, after searching for over 3 months, we found this hidden shop in Croydon and loved Tulum so much that we have ordered on Friday and they have delivered Monday! Just in 3 days ! Lovely sofa in the colour that we needed and exact measurements for our living room, comfy, long, deep but still firm with great soft fabric. Amazing service, two mens delivered my sofa all the way into my living room and unpacked it, got rid of boxes and were very helpful. Great communication. Thank you

Don’t buy ! They sell sofas that arnt fit for purpose. I purchased a sofa and after approximately 5 weeks bobbles started to appear , to be told that it’s our throws that contributed to them and that there is nothing wrong with material . We was then advised for a clean which was from saga and friends recommended cleaner all paid for by sofa and friends . (Which I thought ok seems like it will be sorted ) to then find the sofa within a week started to bobble again the sofa looks soo much older than it is because of the bobbles . I was also told to buy a shaver to get rid of them myself or pay for a professional cleaner . Me and my partner both work full time so it’s not like the sofa is used day in day out ! Additional information regarding the reply from sofa and friends , piling after it had been professionally cleaned by their own professional sofa cleaning company to return back to the same state (bobbling ) within 4 days ! As for humidity of the room it is a new build so has adequate ventilation . These are all excuses for either a bad batch of material or poor quality material . I have followed care instructions and this is by far the worse sofa we have ever purchased . Hope this post helps people decide before wasting money with poor after sales

Absolutely thrilled with my new sofa and the service I received by sofas and friends. The lady I spoke with on the phone was so helpful. After I made my order they even sent a text to say thank you. I was told delivery would be about 2 weeks but it was way before that. The delivery men were friendly, they set everything up for me and explained how the recliner part worked. The sofa is to die for. Worth every penny. Nothing I’ve seen comes close to it. Exactly what I needed for my large family. Thank you so much!
