This company is the BEST in the game! We purchased our brand new sofa yesterday and it was delivered within 2 hours of purchase. (better than Amazon prime ;) Not only are the staff very attentive, always on the other end of the phone, the service is amazing and most of all the quality of the sofa is FABULOUS! The electric seat extension feature in the Tignes sofa is a game-changer. It adds an extra level of comfort and convenience that I haven't found in other sofas. The fabric is luxurious and the attention to detail is evident. It has become the centerpiece of my living room.

I ordered the olive green Tignes sofa on Monday and it was delivered and installed in my house (all packing was taken away) on Wednesday. Fantastic looking sofa, highly recommend Sofa Friends.

Couldn’t be happier with my new sofa, ordered it on the Tuesday, and it was delivered on the Thursday, I couldn’t believe it. The delivery drivers were friendly and assembled the sofa with no issues. I was a little dubious ordering the sofa without seeing it, but I’m so glad I’ve ordered it. Quality sofa, very comfortable, very well made, I love it!

Brillant company! We ordered out Tulum modular sofa in natural week ago and Just arrived. We ordered first swateches to find out quality of fabric. Very soft same What out new sofa . Very good comunication, sofa came within 1 week as promissed. High quality, very reasonable price . Highly recomended

Avoid this company I purchased a sofa from sofa and friends and when delivered 2 pieces where missing and within 4 months the fabric had bobbled badly. I approached the company, sent photos, and I was warned if this was deemed wear they wouldn’t be able to help (wear … 4 month old sofa? 🤷‍♀️) they had a company come out to access which confirmed the sofa had bobbled due to the excess fabric, but made the sofa look old. Sofa and friends refused to give me a refund and offered some sofa covers (why should I accept covers for a brand new sofa?). The quality of the sofa was extremely poor and I ended up selling this sofa and loosing £1400 on it and bought one from a well known reputable company. So disappointing, I feel that this company have robbed me and do not have any remorse.

Team at Sofa and Friends we so helpful every step of the way in purchasing the sofa. They were extremely flexible with delivery date and kept us very informed on the day of delivery. Delivery drivers we very polite and helpful in getting the sofa set up. We're extremely happy with the sofa and would recommend (as we have already) to other people.

We recently bought a Tignes sofa from Sofa and Friends and it was the best decision we ever made!!! The sofa itself is absolutely wonderful and we’re already planning on getting a second. But that aside, the customer service from this company is BRILLIANT! We had super speedy delivery from the point of order, with the guys phoning ahead with an eta. We would certainly recommend these guys and can’t wait to use them again!

I swear to god the worst company I’ve dealt with! Told me I couldn’t get finance for a payment of £1800 yet I’ve just been accepted for a Range Rover on finance? Make that make sense? Couldn’t tell me why I haven’t been accepted and just been told to go somewhere else. Was told I can do a 3 month finance which costs £650 a month and that’s my only option. I was passed to 4 people who sounded like they literally didn’t care if they got my money or didn’t. Spent ages trying to find a sofa and they made it so hard to even buy

Can't fault from start to finish... Delivered in less than a week, excellent value, great quality, great people to deal with, quick at getting back to you etc (just asking questions via Instagram!) and lovely delivery guys. Would definitely recommend and hope they keep growing and showing the big names how it should be done!
