I had a great experience, great teachers, great help, thank you very much.

course was informative, not too much information. Went at the right speed, and was a good length of duration. Communication before during and after the course was also really good

Everything is clear, the class is not bored.

There was a short tea break in the morning, but the teacher did not tell where the pantry was. I was too shy to ask... He just told us the coffee machine did not work and we could go out of the building and grab some coffee in nearby cafes.... However, other than that, everything was perfect. ---------------------------------------- The headmistress replied to my comment in person and would convey the message to the teacher. I believe this deserves a change to five stars.

Everything was great!

The experience was very enjoyable we learnt a lot of fun recipes and safety precautions for food storage. The instructor was very kind offering help and support whenever needed.

I am beyond happy with my experience with the barista course as it has equipped me with basic skills and knowledge about coffee. What stood out to me was how engaging and interactive the course was as my classmates and me got the privilege of making coffee based drinks with ‘manual’ coffee machines. It was fun overall and I am very grateful to have gone through this course.

The staff were so kind and accommodating. I learned a lot of basic stuff from this course that I plan to carry on with me.

I really enjoyed Celia speaking about the history of alcohol in Aotearoa and how she used the Whangamata Hotel to explain designated areas, it was a great visual tool for learning 😀. The course had alot of content and was helpful to also have health impacts and harm from alcohol on different ages/genders detailed.

Well organised, easy to follow, good pace. Everything in the assessment was covered thoroughly. Learnt a lot of additional information that is useful for my job.
