I'd highly recommend this as a great way to spend a day and learn about making breads. Well paced, good coverage of knowledge around yeast and starters and what makes bread work. The types of breads cooked and the number of breads was awesome. There was a great rapport between our tutor and the group and he was able to talk and keep the flow of things without getting muddled. Everyone achieved on the day. Loved the cheese and bread break.

What a great time making delicious bread! The teacher was very clear and helpful. The course is excellent for beginners as the teacher adapts his directions according to the level of the class. Overall it was a fantastic experience and we got home with a ton of bread!

This was the best day of my life. Food has always been my passion but never thought it was an option for me. For the first time I took a course to learn more and it was fantastic. I learnt so much, had fun and brought home delicious bread! Ralf was so knowledgeable and friendly!

I had so much fun and learned a lot of practical and technical skills. The instructions were clear and the demo made it even clearer. Now, my fear of making bread has disappeared. There is no going back from having fresh bread every time.

Tony was super awesome! Loved his stories. It was a lo g class but he kept it interesting and even sometimes I felt sleepy but when he added his own experience into a few situations I loved that! 😊 thank you Tony for being a great teacher!

Tony was awesome !!! The class was interesting and tony gave his best to make sure no one gets bored out of the subject. He made us learn by giving examples, and kept the class involved throughout. Thanks for the session tony it was fun.
