I had an open practicle experience by learning how to make a good coffee with NZ school of food and wine. During the course we've learnt so many challenges could face when we work somewhere. It is a practicle course which I find very useful anytime,anywhere. The things that I felt this company doing great is the environment, coach,the process written test and real life experience. The coach who runs the program is very good. She is very helpful and explained everything really well. I hope I could go back to the company for some other courses in the near future.

Jinnie Choi was the trainer for my intake and she crushes it, making sure to strike the balance between theory and practical while ensure that we are focused and the dynamic teaching method matches our current abilities so that we could either take a step back or forward according to the situation. Overall no complains could be added.

Excellent course which was very informative. All aspects covered well, with excellent online tutoring. Ceclia was very clear with ger tutoring. The assessment, although open book, was still a fair test, which was more based on repetitive understanding and reinforcement.

I found the course fun, informative, and low-stress. It was a friendly, low-judgement environment and everything was explained well, patiently, and in an enjoyable way.

I felt there was too much of a focus to get as many through . I would prefer a more modular approach to each area and the no questions during the sessions losses opportunities for the group .To depart with confidence into the reality is the key .I would have been happier to pay more .I felt for younger participants who lacked experience in coaching/ influencing which is the key to managing within the law .
