I really like the examples the teacher gave in the course, which helped me understand more easily

Great teacher

The learning was straight-forward and the tutor held the classes attention in a fun and constructive way. I really appreciated that he used te reo Māori and pronounced the words correctly.

We loved the sausage making course - really insightful and friendly teaching, variety of different variations we were able to try and in a fun environment! Would definitely recommend

Delivery was easy (online) ; good sound quality and visuals - easy to understand lecturer and course content. Content (workbook) was easily assessable and comprehensive.

The wording in the test was so difficult to understand. I had no one to ask to rephrase the sentence to be able to understand it. The questions were jumping backwards and forwards through the study book we were given. So was consistently trying to find the information by flipping through the pages. I also felt like a lot of questions had the same answers.

Great instructor, good sized class and pace. Lots of fun. Good value for money.

Enjoyable course. Some time constraints on completing the proving and cooking. Finished early when a little extra proving time may have helped the finished breads. Tutor happy to answer any baking questions
