They told me my tickets wouldn’t be ready but two days before the event I contacted them a week before so I still have not received them. Don’t worry they told me you will have your tickets.!!! I said I’m driving three states away. I wanna make sure all I kept on being told was don’t worry. I called two days before the event when I should’ve had my tickets and they said that you Will have your tickets by Showtime. I still do not have tickets the day of the show. We left early in the morning drove to Louisville calling constantly along the way them telling me keep driving you’ll have your tickets when we arrived in Louisville four hours before the show, I talked to one of the agents and she said I have good news and bad news. The bad news is you don’t have any tickets. The good news is will give you your money back.!!! what what kind of company does this and how is this good news I said is there any tickets at all that I could have even if it’s standing room only they said I’m sorry we don’t have any tickets for you. I received a partial refund, not for the full amount!!!! I have never dealt with such a company to treat their customers this way. I wouldn’t trust them farther than I could throw them not only that I paid five times with the tickets were worth I just wanna warn everyone don’t deal with them.RIPOFF COMPANY!!!!!!!!!
