Following my recent move from Cornwall to London, it was a pleasure to deal with Adam Hill at MyLondonHome who tried everything possible to help me secure a very good deal for a gorgeous property in a very nice part of Lambeth. Sticking to my budget was a priority for me and he went the extra mile to try and help me achieve this even providing essential information to help me reach my decision. Most importantly I felt that he paid attention to what my needs were and tried to help me get what I wanted and he was very pleasant and polite throughout the process. Much appreciated.

Honor and her team came to meet my dad and I during our last visit to London. They were friendly and insightful. They acted quickly and professionally to find us a suitable tenant for one of our properties before we left London. Honor and Filip made countless international phone calls in order to get a tenancy with a corporate tenant for another of our properties over the line. Both of them were honest mediators between my dad and the tenant. They strove to make sure that the agreement was fair to both parties and they had the patience to coax both parties to find common ground. They conveyed genuine concern for the best interests of both parties. It has been a pleasure to work with Honor, personally, and her team. I'd gladly put more of our portfolio under their management as well as refer friends and family to MLH.

in a few days I am changing my houses in London, and what makes me sad to leave the house that I am currently in is not that the home itself, but it was managed by one of the best agencies when it comes to managed services. My journey with my London home started with Nicola (who I hear now moved to sales) who for me as a person who just moved to London and wasn't familiar with things have helped me move in my home, take care of everything small no matter how small it was. Thought out the course of my tenancy I worked with Nicola, Emily and Fatma, all three of them were equally amazing, mostly because as a tenant I would ask stupid questions like how do I change a light bulb, they wouldn't make me feel like my question are stupid, they took real interest in helping me. I find the representatives of MyLondonHome very friendly and approachable. They try to resolve my issues to the best of their limits. The only reason that I am giving 4 stars is that they seem to manage too many estates and this sometimes causes delays in the processing times of your requests.

I rented my Apartment in Battersea Station through MyLondonHome. The agent was Milan and, by far, he is the best agent I dealt with in London. He was prompt and always came prepared with more options as well as the needed documents and information.
