United States | 17 February 2025Bike broke no one will help me figure stuff out. They just want you to keep buying parts so they can make there money. Do not reccomend. Been a paper weight that's been a waste of space and a money sucker since I got it.

United States | 16 February 2025Well, I have 3 Nakto Ebikes and My super Cruiser has a problem, Now their delivery fee and everything is fine. The replacement parts wasn't for the supercruiser, but an F6 model. And it was fine!!! But still a 1 star review for me cause of my Super-Cruiser not functioning properly!

The team was on it, and they notified me that it was probably the wrong battery. They started my refund immediately and also sent me a link to purchase the correct battery. My new battery came in about a week. I am once again enjoying my bike. MANY KUDOS !! to Nakto and their team!
