United Kingdom | 29 September 2022We booked a holiday with Jetline cruises 23rd June with taxi, train, plane transfers and cruise. I was asked for a review initially and gave a good one, I can honestly say we had a great holiday and everything went smoothly up to the last day when our taxi didn’t turn up. We and the hotel repeatedly called the “24hour emergency number” only to be told the office was closed until 8.00 am. Our taxi was supposed to pick us up at 6.55am The hotel finally booked another taxi which cost us €90. Over 10 weeks later and numerous phone calls and emails we haven’t had any real response! I have just called again and asked to speak to the manager I spoke to on 8th August. I was repeatedly asked to email in, despite saying I would not email again as I have only ever received automated responses, being put on hold for 15 minutes, only to be told Gemma would email me on Monday? Frank couldn’t tell me why I had to wait until then but that’s what he’d been told to say! A real shame as this ruined the end of the holiday with the worry of getting to the airport on time and now, what should be an easy matter to resolve is dragging on. They were provided with a full explanation of what happened, screen shots from my phone of calls to local taxi supplier and uk together with the receipt from the replacement taxi company. The original taxi company, Holiday Taxis, replied immediately to my email to them saying as we booked through a third party we had to claim through them, no explanation as to why they didn’t turn up!

There were a few alternative flights discussed and suitable arrangements made, which fitted our needs fully. One particular query was fully addressed promptly and to our satisfaction. We have previously booked cruises through Jetline Cruise, prior to the pandemic and been very happy with the service and we would like to continue the relationship when we book potential future cruises. Relationships are important when booking holidays, my wife and I feel.

United Kingdom | 18 September 2022When you book your holiday make sure you check you terms and conditions and changing the passenger name. The cancellation most likely zero refund and huge amount for changing passenger name. Good at selling holiday but very bad after service.
