I booked a cruise by phone with Tony of Jetline Cruises. He made the process straightforward and stress-free.

What an appalling company. They never reply to emails. If you eventually get through on the phone the right person is never A colleague promises someone will call back but never does I paid to upgrade to BA but at last mi Ute was told they had to use EasyJet and won’t give me a refund for the upgrade Finally the day comes to travel. We arrive at Verona airport and the transfer is not there. An hour later a replacement is sent. Not an auspicious start Avoid Jetline cruises like the plague I replied to their reply on here with the info they wanted and then nothing. They are clearly more focused on responding here than actually doing what they say they will and addressing the problems set out

I just wanted to add to my previous review. We had a lovely cruise with NCL but now find ourselves, along with several other people stuck here in Venice airport for 11 hours! This is down to Jetline being so damn tight that they have booked us on the very last flight of the day knowing that we would have to be off the cruise by 9am at the latest. I am disgusted with this company. There is a poor lady in a wheelchair who is stuck here with us. What sort of a idiot organisation does this to people!! Their only response was to pay an extra £330 to take the earlier flight. Never in my wildest dreams will I book with this useless company ever again. What a dreadful end to a great holiday. So glad that Jetline managed to save a few quid though. Disgusting!!!!!!!!

Booked a cruise for February, need to bring it forward due to a terminal diagnosis of my partner. Advertising another cruise on their website for £959, requested to book this instead(expecting & happy to pay some incidental admin fees) only to be told would lose my entire deposit of £800 & that the advertised offer is ‘for new customers only’ so would have to pay £1600+ per person. Disgusting attitude to take, zero compassion in a difficult situation & extremely rude & aggressive on the phone! AVOID As requested my booking ref is - 2038340/1

A fairly good experience, Keith worked really hard for me, although the holiday still ended up £700 more than it was originally.

I am highly delighted with the service I received from Keith at Jetline Cruise, we have booked quite an expensive package to Alaska and I wanted to make sure everything was just as I wanted to do this trip, as it's probably a once in a lifetime trip for us. Keith was very patient and went through everything, he's very knowledgeable about the Cruise and could answer Every question put to him. He has since sorted our flights and I'm very happy with all the connections and hotels we're staying. We've booked with Jetline Cruise before and will definitely come back to them again.

Easy booking experience

I never received my receipt or any proof of my booking. You sent abusive emails to me. You harass me in the middle of the night when you know full well what time zone I am in.

Expert support on the telephone. Requests were dealt with efficiency and patience in order to satisfy our wishes.
