If you eventually get through on the phone the right person is never A colleague promises someone will call back but never does I paid to upgrade to BA but at last mi Ute was told they had to use EasyJet and won’t give me a refund for the upgrade Finally the day comes to travel. We arrive at Verona airport and the transfer is not there. An hour later a replacement is sent. Not an auspicious start Avoid Jetline cruises like the plague I replied to their reply on here with the info they wanted and then nothing. They are clearly more focused on responding here than actually doing what they say they will and addressing the problems set out

We had a lovely cruise with NCL but now find ourselves, along with several other people stuck here in Venice airport for 11 hours! This is down to Jetline being so damn tight that they have booked us on the very last flight of the day knowing that we would have to be off the cruise by 9am at the latest. I am disgusted with this company. There is a poor lady in a wheelchair who is stuck here with us. What sort of a idiot organisation does this to people!! Their only response was to pay an extra £330 to take the earlier flight. Never in my wildest dreams will I book with this useless company ever again. What a dreadful end to a great holiday. So glad that Jetline managed to save a few quid though. Disgusting!!!!!!!!

Advertising another cruise on their website for £959, requested to book this instead(expecting & happy to pay some incidental admin fees) only to be told would lose my entire deposit of £800 & that the advertised offer is ‘for new customers only’ so would have to pay £1600+ per person. Disgusting attitude to take, zero compassion in a difficult situation & extremely rude & aggressive on the phone! AVOID As requested my booking ref is - 2038340/1

Keith was very patient and went through everything, he's very knowledgeable about the Cruise and could answer Every question put to him. He has since sorted our flights and I'm very happy with all the connections and hotels we're staying. We've booked with Jetline Cruise before and will definitely come back to them again.
