After British Gas came out to change a part on my boiler they told me it would never work again. They also told me I’d have to wait over 2 weeks for a new one. This was in the middle of a cold snap and I wasn’t very happy. I went online to look for a new one and wanted it put in asap. I found many websites and looked at the reviews. One company stood out and it was iheat. I filled in the questionnaire on their website and chose a suitable new boiler for my property, then chose a date for it to be fitted. The website was quick and easy to use. I was a bit nervous buying online but there was no need to be. They turned up on the day, a bit late but they were friendly and they were very informative about what they were gonna do and how they were gonna do it. They had to dig into the wall which I was a bit worried about but they did an excellent job. They were clean and tidy and I was very happy with the work. They left after a few hours and everything was running smoothly. I am so happy with my new boiler 👌

Not all Heroes wear capes! When my local gas engineer couldn't supply and fit a new boiler for over a week, I apprehensively decided to look at one of the "fit next day" companies, thinking I would be charged extra for the privilege. In reality what I got was a cheaper quote, excellent customer service from Hannah and Marie in the office to organise it and gas engineers Tom and Nate who arrived early, fitted a new boiler, checked everything was working and ensured everything was left clean and tidy. I would highly recommend them! I have been without heating and hot water for a week, and I'm now toasty warm again! Thank you.

Lawrence is a great engineer and very knowledgeable he fitted our new boiler in a day and took all the rubbish away and left our house clean!!..very competitive prices and friendly telephone staff!!

When I needed a boiler there was no finance option part from iheat the staff was friendly and helpful left nothing unanswered. When It was boiler change day It was a quick n easy transition no messing about, engineer knew what he was doing. Honestly it was all a quick pleasant experience.

Our old boiler suddenly broke down and not repairable. iHeat were able to respond quickly, had a range of different boilers available at short notice. Ordered the new boiler on Sunday evening and installed on Tuesday. Jomon the installer arrived with everything he needed, he was professional and pleasant, and worked hard to complete the installation with minimal disruption to ourselves. Everything was left clean and tidy and all remnants of the old boiler were taken away. Thank you

The engineer Steve got here spot on time. Steve was very friendly and polite and just cracked on. There was a product that we paid for that was not on his delivery so he went and got it. Steve was quick but efficient, tidied up after himself and explained the new boiler and thermostat thoroughly. 2 days later the company rang us to check everything was working and OK. I can't recommend iheat enough.

From start to finish this was so easy! I don't like having to get plumbers round and then chase them up for quotes etc. with Iheat, it was all done via their website! Plumber was excellent and managed to get a Saturday appointment too! The option of interest free payment was a great help too!

Amazing service from start to finish. We placed our order on Thursday evening and the new boiler was fitted on Saturday. Received a follow-up call to see how everything went. I would definitely recommend

All went quick and smooth, the boiler has been booked at 1pm, changed next day. The only thing they dont mention is that the credit is done for half of the amount. Customer service is helpful and on top of their things. I would definitely recommend

Good experience with I Heat Firstly very competitive price And company were professional from start to finish After sending details they agreed a date for installation within a week. The engineer John did a competent installation work in a tidy and efficient manner work completed in 2 days Would highly recommend.

I have had to edit my review. The engineer came out and did the install, all was working perfectly, but then I went downstairs and my Hallway and Kitchen was under water, I phoned them in the morning and as the engineer was working in Bournemouth area I had to wait, he turned up at 22:15 that night, I had to lift my Hallway Carpet and Underlay to dry it out, I did my best, when I spoke to iHeat, they said I would have to wait for Two Weeks to see what Damage had been caused, I saved them a couple of Thousand Pounds by saving my Carpet, it is the same Carpet in the Hallway, Living Room, Stairs and Landing, but they said they would if needed only replace the Hall Carpet, they said they would offer me a form of compensation, the offer was just £50.00, complete and utter Joke, the fault was a connection where the solder had not gone around the pipe fully, infact there was a Centimeter gap.

I had have a new boiler installed! I decided to choose iheat because I met the company plumber, Elton! He is the best plumber : *Very skillful *very helpful *very friendly *very hardworking *very responsible *quick work, tidy and excellent work I insisted him to come to fit my boiler though have to wait for few days without heating! The company should be proud and lucky to have him as I do!!!! I received a good service from the company too. Wish the company present excellent service to everyone!
