Engineer was great, he made sure our rooms did not get dirty by laying down plastic cover, he removed old boiler and tidied up, he installed new combi boiler and showed us how to operate it, he cleaned out our system and tested before he left. Great service from start to finish, very happy, would recommend to everyone.

The boiler installation was to a high standard & service to the radiators & valve replacement has made a massive difference. We were informed of our boiler installation details from the very start. Everything was explained clearly. The gas fitter Rob called on the day of installation and kept us in the loop. Very good service from iheat and I would recommend to family and friends! Well done!

The order and installation were very smoothly

Installation went ok though a simple swap so shouldn't have been a problem anyway. Problem is getting guarantee. Wrong address so invalid . Neither Worster Bosch nor iheat will sort so pretty worthless. Both clueless when you try and get them to fix the problem. For the time I'm here probably doesn't matter but means I wouldn't recommend them or use again. Or by WB for the same reason. Please note I contacted iheat but they have not sorted the problem. Contacting me to try and elicit praise is hardly the point. Next stop Trading Standards.
